Words cannot explain how beautiful this home is! From the warm fireplace to the beautiful furnishings and feel of the home, we loved EVERYTHING about it. Tiziano was so helpful with recommendations and we can’t wait to come visit again and share a bottle of wine with him next time. 10/10 would recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a small town home with plenty of small local places to eat/drink.

It was one of the best vacations we had in Italy! One of the best airbnbs we've stayed in. Super private, quiet, peaceful, relaxing, etc. Everything we needed and were looking for on this trip. The views and landscape are so breathtaking! So many nature! And best of all: dog friendly! Can't wait to go back soon!

Our son was with his trainer for 1 week in Castel San Pietro Terme. They loved Cristina's place and really enjoyed their stay there. Cristina was very nice, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. We definitely recommend it. If we are in the area again, we would be very happy to book with Cristina again.

Like last year, I stayed here with my friends for the lucca comics, a super choice due to the peacefulness of the area and the spaciousness of the house

Rosanna was welcoming and available by WhatsApp during our stay. Central accommodation with easy access to the train station on foot which allowed us to leave the car in the courtyard during our days spent in Bologna and Florence. In the middle of Motor Valley where all car manufacturers are accessible. She recommended nearby restaurants and stores. The place was very clean and the kitchen was perfect for cooking in the evening. We particularly appreciated the Parfin pizzeria (closed on Wednesdays but open on Sunday evenings) a few minutes' drive away, which allows you to take away to eat quietly in the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Daniele’s place! Daniele and his wife were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of charm, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is simply amazing - peaceful and perfectly situated for exploring the stunning Tuscan countryside. Thank you very much, Piero and Everest, who was our contact. We had a problem with our rental car and Everest was kindly able to pick us up at the station. Even without a car, we found it is very manageable with an about 20 minutes walk to the train station. The house is very nice and we loved the nature. And the pie that the hosts prepared for us is to die for! Many thanks for everything, we definitely recommend Piero’s place.

Mr. Guido is really a super host! Very kind and helpful right away, as soon as we arrived he welcomed us in person and gave us all the information about the accommodation. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and we found impeccable cleanliness. The kitchen is fully equipped and the refrigerator is super stocked with everything you need for breakfast. There is private parking, the area is very quiet and well served by buses, supermarket, pizzeria bars, restaurants, tobacconists, shops. However, in half an hour on foot you can easily reach the center of Bologna. It was really nice to stay in this B&B, we had a great time. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back!

The place was very clean. It was close to the center of Bologna (about 15-20 minutes of walking). If you are planning to rent car, it has a free parking spot that outside the ZTL region. Diego is a helpful and friendly host. Do not hesitate to stay here if you are in the Bologna.

A great place to stay, located in the center of Bologna. Quiet, clean and comfy. You can eat outside on the balcony when days get warmer. I met Elena’s husband when I arrived, and he was very kind and helpful. Recommended!

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Some information for future visitors: I would definitely not recommend to travel by train to the appartment. It is up the hill and the roads are steep, but easily manageable with low speeds with our car. The entry is the one with the gate. Stefano was a great host. He welcomed us in person and showed us everything important. It was an amazing visit! The photos are realistic, everything was as depicted.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Beautiful surroundings and breathtaking views from the patio of the home and from the pool area which was really inviting. The space was very well kept and clean. The hosts were proactive and service-minded. Would definitely recommend a stay here 😀

We spent a few days with my wife and the dog in Riccardo's property and the experience was exceptional . Wide spaces , perfectly equipped apartment, personal garden, friendly environment,...how to be at home . Yuma also really appreciated it:) and it's a place we'd love to come back to .
