Luca's apartment was really beautiful, just like the pictures, the two bedrooms and bathrooms were very convenient for us as a family, the living room was perfect for morning coffee and we generally had a great time! Excellent location, very close to everything you need and the city center! Luca was really kind and the communication was really good! He was also really lenient with the check in and check out time! Thank you for everything!

Caterina is an extremely personable host, very thoughtful and friendly and responsive. She met us to check us in, immediately made a dinner reservation to suit our tastes since we arrived late and hungry after a 24-hour trip, and checked in without being intrusive. The apartment is cheerful, well-furnished, quiet despite being on a busy street (great bus service and very walkable to the historic center), and extremely clean. WiFi was fast and reliable for work, We’d definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment for 4 nights! Nicola was very friendly and made the check in and out process easy. He gave us an overview of the place when we got there and also provided great local recommendations. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the open, bright layout and balcony. The location was convenient for walking around the city and getting to bars, restaurants, and attractions. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well equipped to do so.

Massimo and hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and even better than the photos. It was so spacious with such tasteful and elegant decor. Everything was well thought out and provided. Location was great and an easy walk to the train station, yet safe. Easy walk to city centre and major attractions. Host also provided great recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again if in Bologna.

Great place to stay if you want to explore Bologna for a few days. We came on a workation for a week and liked that there is a washing machine in the flat and decent internet. A small grocery store and a great bakery next door made it extremely convenient, too. Matteo was a great host, making sure we have everything we need. The only downside for us was the amount of natural light that enters the flat, but we were somehow expecting this from the photos.

Elena was a very attentive host, and gave us lots of recommendations for the area and Bologna. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Bologna!

Studio apartment well set up and with furnishings consistent with the Frida Kahlo style. Perfect luggage storage that Fabio allows you to leave next to the accommodation at check-out.

Excellent stay! Andrea is a wonderful host. Comfortable and well appointed house in a beautiful setting. Very clean and spotless. Location is in the hills outside Bologna and a car is necessary to get around.

Great location for a first visit to Bologna. Very close to many things you will want to do and the neighborhood was still quiet. The place is small, but fine if you don't intend to spend much time inside. It still had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were not and they were the only complaint I really have. Check-in/out was very easy and the host Valentina was quick to respond.

A very nice accomodation for 2 people. Peaceful, clean, conveniently located to main parts of Bologna. Had all of the amenities needed. Host was very friendly and provided great information/recommendations. Highly recommend.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

This place was amazing. Close to everything in Budrio. Sara was very nice and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We will be back to rent this place again!

Great location - quiet, close to shops and great restaurants, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The neighborhood is green and quiet. The hosts were incredibly helpful and recommended a lot of interesting places. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.

The apartment was very nice and we especially enjoyed the huge terrace. Giulia provided everything we asked for in the apartment, such as salt, soap or other daily necessicities. Although it’s a public pool, it was very quiet and not too many people. The area is calm and nice and very good to relax. We saw many wild animals such as deer in the area.

The treatment received by the host and the accommodation we have chosen is wonderful. Highly recommended

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

Our stay with Anna-Maria and her family was great! The whole family is warm and friendly – we felt welcome from the first minute. We also especially loved her sweet dog. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated, super clean and you have everything you need. Everything you need is there, and you feel right at home. The location is ideal – you are quickly in the next largest city, but also just as quickly in the mountains. The surroundings are fantastic and perfect for walks right behind the house. An absolute highlight was the hot tub – perfect to relax after a day in nature. In addition, Anna-Maria gave us a few nice tips for excursions in the area, which were very helpful. We can only warmly recommend staying with Anna-Maria and her family and will be happy to come back!

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna.
