We stayed two nights to visit Bologna. The apartment is excellent for that matter because it is close to the city center and you can easily do everything by foot. We had a really lovely stay, the apartment was well-equipped and had everything you might need. Highlights of our trip were the recommendations by our host Caterina, she really made our day by giving very good tips on restaurants. From the beginning, she made us feel really welcome and is definitely among the best host we’ve ever had. We really had a great time there!

Anytime again, Michele's father welcomed us in a very enthusiastic and friendly way. The place was clean and well located. We also loved the restaurant he recommended to us. The hot water complaints in previous reviews concerned is a little, but actually, the shower simply needs a minute to heat up and the other water amenities do not seem to be connected to the same boiler, so the shower was lovely and hot even if the sink did not have steaming hot water. It might be that there is more hot water in the morning than the evening, but that was perfect for us.

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance from everything - check in was easy and flexible. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bologna.

We had a great stay. Very close and walkable to the city. Many great restaurant close by. Clean and very comfortable beds and the best pillows to sleep on.

WOW! Book it now. We literally waited the entire stay to write this review, and since there are millions of reasons to book this place we will focus on the highest- first Andrea is a true superhost. What a lovely person, caring, attentive and very proactive. The house is the most unique place we’ve been to, and you will fall into the 60s-70s vibes of it right away. It’s enchanting! Every room in this house is decorated to perfection, the kitchen is well equipped and the garden is a great place to view the sunset. Other than that’s it a great place for families (great variety of sleeping options for the young ones) with lots to do around. Andrea, thank you so much for everything, we can’t wait to come back.

For one person, the apartment was too big, and maybe the price also depended on this, but I had a great time. Tastefully furnished, clean, with everything you needed, with well-functioning air conditioners in every room and a terrace where you can get some air in the evening and morning. Renato immediately answered all my questions and for me the apartment was in a strategic position since I was able to walk to the clinic where I had to go. Supermarkets nearby and also a pizzeria and tavern.

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony where you can enjoy a coffee in the sun in the morning.

The space was even bigger than we expected—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the bonus of two bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. Having an elevator was especially helpful since I was traveling with my senior parents. Maria was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, meeting us early so we could store our bags and get started exploring the city without hassle. She took the time to go over everything we needed to know about Bologna and shared great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

A complete apartment, surrounded by greenery with maximum privacy and equipped with every comfort to relax at your best. Very kind and helpful host for any questions or requests. You absolutely must try the indoor pool! Highly recommended experience, I will definitely stay again.

The highlight of our Italy tour! Super quiet and beautiful location in the middle of nature, yet grocery stores and the like were easily accessible. The place was also very clean and well equipped. The friendliness of the hostess is particularly outstanding - it was a very familiar and great stay! We will definitely be back 🤍

An amazing place. The photos do not do it justice. Amazing countryside and the host is lovely, she gave us lots of recommendations and they were all amazing! I cannot recommend this place more, I wish we stayed for longer.
