House vacation rentals in Old Town, Bologna

The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

We spent a few days with my wife and the dog in Riccardo's property and the experience was exceptional . Wide spaces , perfectly equipped apartment, personal garden, friendly environment,...how to be at home . Yuma also really appreciated it:) and it's a place we'd love to come back to . 11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

Very good place we were rarely there but its beautiful peaceful place, highly recommended the Hosts were amazing and very helpful and the place was Great and exceptionally clean they left us snacks and breakfast which was amazing, overall Highly recommended.

This was a very easy place to stay for a big family or more friends. Nice rooms with private bathrooms in each of the rooms each of the rooms All rooms also have their own code lock. Two floors. Large and nice kitchen. Linda had put out some snacks, water, and coffee pods for us, which made us feel very welcome. Very easy to use the house, easy check-in with code locks and good communication with the host. The table tennis table outside was extensively used. Could usefully have had a few more outdoor seating options. Free parking in the street just outside the house. About 15 min away from Bologna city centre (about 20 euros for taxi).

A stay that fully responds to the needs. Just a few unexpected things with the boiler. Thanks for everything

It is a small space but very well designed and very comfortable. I really loved the space and super comfortable and at home. I will miss this little space. It was one of the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in.

Spacious, great location and extremely convenient to the train station. This space worked perfectly for our 3 couple travels. Our host was extremely accommodating and allowed for luggage storage and bathroom use after checkout, which meant we could enjoy our day before departing from the train station.

So if you are traveling by car, it is very nice and in a good location 15 min. to Bologna, about 1 hour from Verona, so you can also visit other cities and very nice people and very comfortable. I was very pleased

A very nice apartment, cozy and tastefully decorated. It offers enough space for four adults. It is centrally located in the village, shops and good restaurants are within walking distance. It is not too hectic there, however, only a few cars drive through the street in front of the house, the large garden additional peace. It's great that you can park in it. Savigno is a great starting point for visits to Bologna or Modena, for cycling or hiking in the beautiful nature of Emilia. From there, we also made nice trips to the (bathing) lake of Suviana and to Ferrara - and in the evening we were still happy to come back to our idyllic village and still be able to stroll to the ice cream parlor for an affogato. Communication with Andrea and his sister worked without any problems, they were easy to reach and very accommodating. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

The house is beautiful and clean. Extraordinary, friendly, and hospitable neighbors. Ciccio, our dog, found a new 4-legged friend Jack (The real owner of the house) who took 🤭care of him, introducing him to all the inhabitants of the area and scolding us when we left Ciccio at home alone. Strategic location to move around and avoid traffic. Quiet and quiet environment

Studio, with bathroom and laundry room, elegant, well-equipped and well located close to the historic center. Accessible after a staircase, with a window overlooking a ground floor – quite quiet, there may be a little noise that you hear during the day. It had everything you needed and everything worked properly, the layout is clean and well thought out, it's nice to spend time there, the air conditioning is quiet. There were condiments, fresh water, and a few things to eat upon arrival, which is very nice. Recommended!

Excellent place, in a great area in the old town and 10 min walk to the Center. You can do everything on foot! Aleardo was always available for us. Thanks for the great accommodation! See you soon!

Very large and very comfortable apartment, with two bathrooms and ten beds. Inside we found everything we needed for our stay and a pantry full of breakfast food. We really didn't miss anything, we also had a microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Priscilla is a great host, very kind, helpful and quick to respond. Very pleasant stay and highly recommended accommodation.

100% recommend to anyone trying to be close to Bologna. As first review I was worried but it turned out to be my best stay in the whole trip!!! Super relaxing and cozy. The host Juli was super sweet and sympathetic. For those who are hesitating, get this places You won’t regret it!
