Andrea’s place was neat, tidy and well managed. Location is incredible and he was there whenever we needed anything. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with good quality essentials. Great place & great, kind host. We would definitely come back to his place whenever we come back to Bologna!

Great location, tricky parking if you have a car, place is very well kept, clean and there is no noise from the street even if it is busy

We had a lovely stay at Chiaretta’s apartment. The private outdoor area was great to sit in for lunch and she went above and beyond to accommodate us with an early check in and with the extra amenities provided. The location was very central, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. We couldn’t recommend staying here enough, the apartment and Chiaretta were great!

Only one night stay for approach to Bologna. Comfortable beds and equipped kitchen for dinner and breakfast. Very quiet and quiet area.

I had a very nice room in a place with indescribable views. However, you should know that the place is very remote. Ruth and her husband were extremely friendly and accommodating. It feels very nice.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Our 20 year old son stayed at Paride's for 4 months in a clean, clear, very nice room with a balcony. A small kitchen well equipped for its meals, a nice garden to easily park your car. A comfortable experience for him. We came to see him several times and slept in each of the other two bedrooms in the house. The same qualities of cleanliness and comfort. Top beds and pillows. Well-placed accommodation for Bologna Modena Parma with the possibility of pushing to Verona. Paride anticipates your expectations with a smile. No need to ask, you're all set. For lovers of sweet breakfast, do not hesitate. it is hearty Deposited on the door of the room at the requested time, this service is very pleasant. The whole family was delighted. we recommend it. The stay was great. We had booked 2 hours in advance and were allowed in quite spontaneously. She immediately gave us tips for the area and welcomed us in a friendly way.

I stayed at Claudia's for 2 nights for the Italian half marathon in Maranello very convenient to find just outside in south Modena and also very convenient for Maranello The apartment is very large and very well kept. in the kitchen there is everything you need for both cooking and making breakfast honorable mention to the bed because I slept really well

Caterina is an extremely personable host, very thoughtful and friendly and responsive. She met us to check us in, immediately made a dinner reservation to suit our tastes since we arrived late and hungry after a 24-hour trip, and checked in without being intrusive. The apartment is cheerful, well-furnished, quiet despite being on a busy street (great bus service and very walkable to the historic center), and extremely clean. WiFi was fast and reliable for work, We’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

We stayed at this house and had a very good time. The accommodation perfectly matches the photos and is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is great, with a bus stop very close by that allows you to get around easily. Simona was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to respond to our needs.
