Vacation rentals with a patio in Old Town, Bologna

We spent the Easter weekend at Villa Pallegoria and were thrilled. The house is on a hill in Monte San Pietro, surrounded by nature with spectacular views. The last stretch of road is unpaved, but easy to travel and worth it for the tranquility that is found. The villa is small but well organized: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, all renovated and tastefully furnished. The real highlight is the patio covered with curtains that shelter you from the sun and wind, perfect for outdoor breakfast or lunch. The garden is large and quiet, not completely fenced, we were with the dog and there were no problems. The area is ideal for nature walks. Monte San Pietro is nearby if you want to visit the village. Daniela, the host, is super kind and helpful, responding immediately to every request and bringing us what was missing for the barbecue. A perfect place to unplug and enjoy nature!

Quiet and well-located apartment, a short walk from all the main attractions. Check-in was easy and the host was really friendly and helpful, with lots of useful tips on restaurants and things to do in the area. Clean and well-kept place to stay.

The apartment is practical and very clean. It is in a quiet area very close to the various bars and restaurants. The host is reliable, kind, and very thoughtful. If I had to go back to Zola, I'd take it back without a problem. Recommended!

We felt totally comfortable with Carlotta and Fabio from the beginning. The two were super warm and always easy to reach if we had any questions, which made the stay really relaxing. The location of the place was perfect. Everything was within walking distance, which was super convenient. Overall, it was really a wonderful stay, for which we are very grateful. I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Amazing place and the garden makes a huge difference

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

My friends (group of 6) and I had a good time. The house is nice, tidy, and close to several walking trails, and the kitchen is very well stocked. The person who welcomed us was also very nice and approachable. The only inconveniences of the house are the bathrooms, which are small, and the underground room that is located from the main house; for small groups and for short stays it is perfect

We had a lovely stay at Isabella's place! Beautiful location and the appartment has everything you need (including kitchen utensils). Isabella is a kind host who responds very quickly. If you want to use the bikes, please ask beforehand. We assumed that we could use them (as we have experienced with other places), but when we arrived, they weren't available. There are two dogs, one is afraid and therefore barks and runs towards you. Not a big problem for us, but if you are afraid of dogs, this is something to keep in mind.

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B surrounded by greenery and absolute tranquility. Since our arrival, we have been greeted with great warmth and helpfulness: the hospitality has been truly impeccable. The property is well-kept, clean, and perfectly integrated into the surrounding nature, ideal for those looking for relaxation away from the chaos. The silence that surrounds the place makes the rest even more pleasant. Excellent cleanliness! Highly recommended for those who want to unplug and enjoy a corner of authentic peace!

A very well-maintained, clean and stylishly furnished apartment with really everything you need. Lidia has thought of everything to make her guests' stay as comfortable as possible. Because of the nearby railway line, earplugs (Ohropax) are available. The route from Google Maps sent us to the wrong end of the road, but Lidia immediately helped with advice on where exactly we needed to go. To get to Bologna we used the bus, whose stop is just 3 minutes from the apartment. Here, too, Lidia provided a comprehensively prepared paper to help you find your way around faster. Highly recommended!

Daniele was a great host; it was easy to agree on check in time, she responded fast and was very friendly and helpful about showing us around the apartment and how to get to the centre of Bologna. The apartment is very clean, well equiped, ac is great, bed is comfortable. We loved that there is a nespresso machine! The location is also amazing as there is a big supermarket as well as fast food and a coffee shop 1 minute away by walk. More shops are also really close by if you have a car. Theres many parking options in front of the apartment too. We loved our stay, I definitely recommend it.

Our stay here was perfect for our weeklong Italy vacation. The home is spacious, comfortable and gave us room to chill in between our Bologna adventures within walking distance or a short ride share. The private deck surrounded by huge ferns in the back is gorgeous & fun for morning coffee time. We were grateful for the AC on days in the high 80’s too! Highly recommend the Urban Jungle!

Very nice apartment, comfortable beds, very clean, beautiful outdoor gazebo, very quiet area, no disturbance, very comfortable bathroom with a huge shower. We had a great time, highly recommend. Close to Bologna.
