A very aesthetically done up home with feel good vibe as soon you enter the place. Wow, really loved each and every corner of it. The lady of the house welcomed us with warmth and freshly baked cake which made it even more special. Very close to the Ferrari Museum..Not to be missed, perfect place to stay.

The house is in an excellent position, on an elevation above the autodrome in a fairly quiet environment. Beautifully maintained yard, greenery all around you. Giuliana is a wonderful hostess, very helpful, we easily made contact and every agreement. We got fine homemade cookies. The accommodation is really worth the money we paid. Jelena

Great location, tricky parking if you have a car, place is very well kept, clean and there is no noise from the street even if it is busy

Elena was an amazing host. She was lovely and helpful. We had a lovely time at Elena’s place in the middle of the mountains. Felt like a fairy tale. Perfect location and good travel distance to Bologna and Florence. We would love to come back! ☺️

We enjoyed our stay at Paola and Gabriele's residence both for their availability and hospitality, and also for their apartment which offers all amenities and space. The place is quiet, the neighborhood pleasant and the apartment quiet, with parking available nearby. A large kitchen with all the necessary accessories, and even ground coffee! In the bathroom, products such as shampoo and shower gel were pleasant and of quality.

Lucia’s flat was a perfect destination for our getaway to Bologna. The flat is warm, comfortable and spacious, the windows are great isolation, if you close them it’s really quiet. Lucia was responsive to any questions we had. The restaurant recommendations were great, we visited 3 restaurants out of them, and they were fantastic. The location is amazing, just a quick walk to the main square, surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafes. And our favourite was the food market - just couple of minutes walk from the flat. I had a very nice room in a place with indescribable views. However, you should know that the place is very remote. Ruth and her husband were extremely friendly and accommodating. It feels very nice.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Our 20 year old son stayed at Paride's for 4 months in a clean, clear, very nice room with a balcony. A small kitchen well equipped for its meals, a nice garden to easily park your car. A comfortable experience for him. We came to see him several times and slept in each of the other two bedrooms in the house. The same qualities of cleanliness and comfort. Top beds and pillows. Well-placed accommodation for Bologna Modena Parma with the possibility of pushing to Verona. Paride anticipates your expectations with a smile. No need to ask, you're all set. For lovers of sweet breakfast, do not hesitate. it is hearty Deposited on the door of the room at the requested time, this service is very pleasant. The whole family was delighted. we recommend it. Ruth was incredibly welcoming and kind. She made me and my family feel welcome from check-in to checkout. The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. We had a great short stay at 6 Stanco and I'm looking forward to returning on my next trip to Emilia Romagna.

I stayed at Claudia's for 2 nights for the Italian half marathon in Maranello very convenient to find just outside in south Modena and also very convenient for Maranello The apartment is very large and very well kept. in the kitchen there is everything you need for both cooking and making breakfast honorable mention to the bed because I slept really well

Caterina is an extremely personable host, very thoughtful and friendly and responsive. She met us to check us in, immediately made a dinner reservation to suit our tastes since we arrived late and hungry after a 24-hour trip, and checked in without being intrusive. The apartment is cheerful, well-furnished, quiet despite being on a busy street (great bus service and very walkable to the historic center), and extremely clean. WiFi was fast and reliable for work, We’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

We stayed at this house and had a very good time. The accommodation perfectly matches the photos and is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is great, with a bus stop very close by that allows you to get around easily. Simona was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to respond to our needs.
