Vacation rentals with a home theater in Metropolitan City of Bologna

This place exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family of four travels g with teenagers. Plenty of room for everyone to have some space after long days out. It has been tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed. Patricia who met us at check in was fabulous! We would definitely recommend this place to our family and friends! A perfect place for a short (5 days) stay in Bologna. Close to everything. And a very safe neighbourhood. The roof-terrasse is amazing - just as we hoped for. Only one tiny thing: We had several days with a lot of rain, so it would have been perfect if the pergola had been partly covered. Martina was very welcoming and superquick to answer our questions.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was beautiful, especially the bathroom, which felt like a spa. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift. Andrea was a great host, always quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is well furnished, super clean - we felt very comfortable. The location is also very good - you are in the city center in a few minutes on foot. The contact with Sabrina was super nice and almost friendly. We really highly recommend the apartment and would come back again and again. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Erica and team were so nice and incredibly responsive. They let us drop off our luggage early and check in early - which was super convenient! Apartment was pristine and super modern. We very much enjoyed our visit and highly recommend!

We were 6 people staying at Filippo’s for a night, and it was amazing! The place is so homey and cozy, the surrounding forest is beautiful, and Filippo had made sure we had everything we could need and more! He also gave great local recommendations- we went to a little restaurant at a lake 5 min walking distance from the house, and it was a great experience with local food sourced in the forrest. We’ll definitely be back!
