Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Metropolitan City of Bologna

The house is very well cared for in detail. Too bad the fresh air, otherwise we would have taken a dip in the pool. Beautiful garden, very well cared for. The kitchen is huge. The owner of the bar in front of the house is also very nice. I wouldn't know what to add. We had a great time and had a great time. Congratulations to Miriam from all of us.

we arrived easily following Giacomo's precise directions and found everything we were looking for, nature, silence and relaxation! Not in the background, the property offered all the living spaces described by the host. I highly recommend it to those who "want to unplug." The local trattorias are also excellent.

Truly an Amazing place if you look for peace in the middle of the forest. There is a train line 40min by walk to visit Bologna and Firenze. Many hikes around and a super friendly host! Will go back for sure!

Andrea gave us a very personal and beautiful welcome. The apartment was atmospherically lit with candles, homemade baked goods on the table, a full breakfast buffet - what more could you ask for? We received many tips for excursions and activities after we told them about our plans. We felt right at home.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

Carolina & Cristina’s place was beautifully decorated , had the comfiest beds and great linen. Each room area had its own privacy and very well decorated. We loved our stay in Bologna , walking to all the beautiful historical sites and eating at the local restaurants. Very conveniently located. They Even provide an area /tools for a stay-in meal. House is fully equipped and stylish.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable in a quiet area 20 minutes from Bologna. Great for staying in a quiet area near many places of interest. Even without a car, it is possible to reach the apartment by public transportation.

Fracesco’s place is very spacious and comfortable and centrally located in a beautiful apartment building with a lift. We were a large family group with a baby so the accommodation was perfect for us and we loved the vintage decor. The only downside for us was the overall challenge in Bologna with parking. Street parking is extremely challenging to find and we had to use a 24 hour parking garage that was a 20 min walk away. So come to Bologna by public transport and enjoy a fantastic stay here!

The home exceeded all expectations. It is very spacious and comfortable, stylish with attention to detail. Everything was also ready for a first breakfast. (coffee, me, cereal...) The location is perfect - all the sights are within walking distance. Excellent restaurants and bars can be found on every corner, yet the apartment is very quiet. Rosa Bianca is an excellent host. She takes care of every issue promptly. We were already allowed to check in at noon and use the apartment until the evening on the day of departure. Bologna is enchanting and this place makes the stay perfect. Thank you very much 😎

quiet apartment, very clean close to Modene.

Alberto is the perfect host. Friendly, approachable and extremely responsive. He gave us some excellent restaurant recomnadations and places to visit. The apartment is in the old town and stocked with all the essentials. All the attractions of Modena are within an easy and flat walk. Modena is such a relaxed and beautiful city, one that I will come back to see again. A big thankyou to Alberto for making it such a pleasant experience.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was huge and beautiful. It was very quiet and exceptionally clean. I loved the little roof terrace. Fiorella was an amazing host and her communication was excellent. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from Piazza Majore - the main square in Bologna. I would definitely stay here again. We had a great time at Oscar’s place: the location offers great views and the house itself is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire in the evenings and hikes in the area during the day. Oscar was a great host - very communicative and generous with his time, recommendations and wine! Highly recommended!

We stayed 3 nights and everything was amazing. Edoardo met us, instructions were clear, location is amazing, clean, modern, comfortable. Quick WiFi, all necessary amenities. Just is very friendly, always responded quickly. House has everything you need for stay. Perfect place for starting with family and kids who like nature. Location is close to Bologna, Modena, and all surrounding cities. We hope to stay again some time. Kids liked it very much. Very recommended.

Beautiful house and great experience especially in large groups even with children

It was great to stay at this property we were pretty surprised by everything. It was amazing and will come back and highly recommend if you need city break.

The house is isolated and surrounded by nature, very large, well maintained, and is even better than it looks in photos. Arriving at the last stretch to reach it, the road becomes unpaved and seems to be challenging and long, but already the second time it is even fun and pleasant to peer into the woods from the inside. We had no difficulty even in the 2 days of heavy rain, it is worth it. Michele welcomed us with care and throughout our stay he was always available, also satisfying our request for additional deck chairs. The house is equipped with everything you need, utensils and dishes, Smart TV, BBQ, outdoor spaces, automatic gate. The pool is larger than you can see from the photos, clean, functional and pleasant. We really enjoyed it and so did our big dog in the huge unspoiled outdoor spaces. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a peaceful solution. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Magical villa that was just perfect for our group of 4 couples. We appreciate that Lisa allowed us to book so early in the season. This is such a fantastically unique home! Loved, loved, LOVED walking through the old section. The bodega was so convenient. HIGHLY recommend Casato Maria Clarice for a special prix fixe meal. We so enjoyed learning how to make cheese at Caseificio Bio Reggiani. Visiting the Spilamberto Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Museum. We would definitely stay here again!
