Great place to stop in the countryside and so peaceful

The apartment is in a good location, about 15 minutes walk from the train station, and 10 minutes to Piazza Maggiore. The apartment was clean. 3 of the bedrooms were spacious, beds & pillows were comfy. The only gripe was the 4th bedroom which had a child's bed, not an adult bed. The apartment was very quiet. The communication from the host was really good, very easy to find the apartment, and enter. I would recommend this apartment, and would stay here again if/when I return to Bologna.

Our stay at Maurizio's was perfect for our needs. The building superintendent Eugenio helped in any way and was always a joy to speak to. The apartment was supplied with anything anyone could need. The washing machine was a gift.

Nice accommodation, great location, but on a busy road, but close to a bus station so you are in the city center in no time! Communication with Sila was great! Responds quickly & helps you where needed 😊

Stayed here two nights and it was a pleasant stay while visiting Bologna! The apartment is really well furnished and has plenty of space if you’re bringing multiple people. The location is a quick 20-25 minute bus ride into the city center but the surrounding area is quite nice with just locals around. My only complaint would be the cars honking as they drive throughout the night past the apartment. I’m not sure why this is but it’s not a problem if you’re a heavy sleeper like myself. Would stay here again and again!

The studio is equipped with all utensils to make you feel at home, has dedicated parking space and is close to public transport.

We had a really lovely stay at Gabriella’s. A cool sanctuary in a very hot Bologna. Clean and comfortable, with a very good breakfast and off street parking, perfect for our needs. We were able to walk into the town easily and we went to a couple of very good restaurants, recommended by Gabriella. We strongly recommend.

Thank you to Luca and Elisabetta for making our trip to Bologna easy with their responsive communication, clear instruction and regular advice. The apartment is wonderful. Clean, airy, well-appointed and very comfortable. Others have mentioned the fact it is above a bar. There is no escaping that fact, but the bars beneath are really pleasant and vibrant. We used them nightly, because they are nice places to have a drink in the street with the locals. These are not rowdy lads pubs. We turned in around 10 and the noise did not prevent sleep - two sets of windows dull any noise and any sound becomes inaudible with the air con on. To be honest, the immediate area made this a more authentic experience for us and we would not hesitate to return to the appt. There is a secure locker bag drop within 100 yards of the front door, coop closet still for essentials and all central sites are a 3 minute walk away. Cannot fault this place in any way. Thank you guys for a special few days.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Andrea’s place. The location is perfect—right in the center, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The garden is a hidden gem: peaceful, beautifully maintained, and feels like a private oasis. The house was spotless and well-equipped, and Andrea was a warm and welcoming host, always available and kind. Highly recommended!

We stayed two nights in this beautiful house, I call it that because it was really like feeling at home. Valentina, the girl I checked in with, was super helpful and kind in advising us. We will definitely come back when we happen to pass through the learned Bologna. Thank you!!

Rosaeugenia and her husband were simply the most fantastic hosts you could hope for. Extremely friendly, generous and just lovely people. We stayed for a week to get peaceful rest and the location was perfect. The host's home is right beside the holiday accommodation but our privacy was always respected. The lovely pool was a blessing on the hot days. No air conditioning but it simply wasn't needed even on 38 degree days as the building has thick stone walls and always kept nice and cool.

Romantic, clean, relaxing, easy to find apartment. No stairs. Cristina was a wonderful host. Responded quickly and gave us clear instructions for access. She greeted us as soon as we arrived and introduced the space to us. Beautiful spot in a great location in bologna. Just 1 min walk away from a bunch of outdoor street food/alcohol. We only stayed for one night and quickly regretted it, we will come back to Bologna for much longer next time.

My stay was excellent! Laura handled so many details and was very helpful when the airline lost my luggage. The house is decorated with tasteful art and has a nice collection of literature both fun and challenging in English and Italian. Her pets were adorable and friendly. Sasso Marconi is also a charming little area with everything you need for dinner out or at home, a picnic, or a hike.

This is a beautiful place! The host is so sweet! My only complaint is that there is a lot of traffic noise all day and night.

This Penthouse was beautiful. The building itself is pretty typical Europe, older building with a modern interior. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again if I visited Bologna.

Great location, everything was perfect

Fantastic location, just metres from a great restaurant and the Piazza Maggiore. Supermarket within 100m. Main shopping street within 20m. I'm afraid I misread the instructions on getting in and tried to find the flat on the 2nd floor (using the lift), failing to read that I should go to 3rd floor. Entirely my mistake, though perhaps a hint for others to read more carefully than I did! The instructions were quite explicit, so it was completely down to me. The only issue was the lack of privacy if the window shutters were opened, as there were no nets to shield the room and the windows were overlooked from across a narrow alley. Plenty of equipment was provided and loads of helpful information given for, eg, getting rid of rubbish and operating the electrical stuff. Overall, it was a lovely stay in a very well-located and -equipped property. Given how close it was to everything, it was incredibly quiet. I'd happily use it again.

From the dreamy view to the hilly landscape, the beautiful (bath)rooms, and the charming little details like the souvenir cabinet and lavender sachets—Lisa and Andrea have thought of everything. You can tell this is a home that has been lived in with love and is now lovingly shared with others. Communication with Lisa is super easy, she gives great tips, and we especially loved one restaurant: Trattoria Anconella in the mountain village. From gorgonzola pasta to mascarpone with chocolate for dessert and delicious wines! With our bellies full, we could relax in the bubble bath with a stunning view. Highly, highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Raffaella’s apartment. She met us at check-in and we found her and her husband to be extremely kind and welcoming. They made sure we knew where everything was in the apartment, gave us some tips and then let us get settled in. The apartment is safe and located just a short walk from the main Piazza as well as several stores, cafes and restaurants. We found the apartment very clean and exactly what we needed to do a little cooking. We would highly recommend the apartment for a true feeling of Bologna. One extra bonus was the fact that Raffaella helped us arrange for a driver to pick us up from the airport and take us back (even though we had to be at the airport by 5am). Alberto was a kind and safe driver. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
