The landlord was very friendly and always responded to our questions. The room was also very clean and comfortable, which made our trip to Modena a memorable one.

We thank Gaia for her kindness and availability. The place was practical and comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. We were given 2 sets of keys so that we could possibly be autonomous in our movements. The area is very quiet both during the day and at night, within walking distance of the center and had all the amenities nearby.

We felt at home right away! With me and my aunt, there was also my one-and-a-half-year-old child, and the spaces were safe and clean, welcoming. Everything was perfect, the living room, the various rooms, the location, everything! I will definitely ask for availability in case we go to Bologna again. The host was kind and friendly, we communicated easily and she was always there when I needed help. The apartment had everything you needed, it was like being at home. There were also verandas, we could lie down on one side and relax in the chairs of the other veranda. Convenient access with the stroller both in the ramp and with the elevator. Pier’s place is the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of any town / city. It’s a peaceful setting in the hills. Pier is also a very friendly host who is very welcoming, generous and has excellent local recommendations.

Lovely very large secure garden which was ideal for our dogs. The pool was lovely and the eating area outside the kitchen was ideal. The house was comfortable and spacious and air con in 2 of the bedrooms was lovely as kept the whole house at a lovely temperature. Local bakery ideal for breakfast. 2 of our party went to the aqua park and loved it. We also visited Ferrera and Bologna.

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Italy From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. This charming Airbnb, nestled in the heart of Italy, felt like a home away from home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches that showed how much care had gone into every detail. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was our wonderful hostess Frederica. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Her hospitality made us feel like more than just guests more we felt like part of the family. We can’t recommend this place enough it’s a little slice of Italian paradise, and we can’t wait to return.

The apartment was very comfortable and I loved the courtyard trees! The hostess was very gracious when I made a mistake thinking I had another night; she even tried to locate another spot for me. Kindness is always among the most important requirements!!

I was blown away when I entered Simona’s place: it is enormous (far bigger than you would have thought from the pictures only), in an excellent location, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. Everything was perfect, from the beds to how good the place smelled! Simona was also a great host, very responsive, had very good suggestions and provided lots of amenities, even some snacks and drinks. If I am ever back in Modena I would most definitely choose to stay here again.

Waking up in the morning in complete relaxation, away from the daily chaos, immersed in nature was an indescribable experience!The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with all comforts! Antonella and her husband are exceptional, friendly, caring people with a great sense of hospitality! Antonella delighted us every morning with her breakfast, all homemade! What can I say... We had a fantastic weekend in Flor's apartment. The property is in a very good location (the city center is a 10-15 minute walk and you can park for free on the street). The air conditioning made an important contribution to our quality of stay at an outside temperature of over 30°C. For our son, the historic elevator was the highlight. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean and functionally furnished. We would definitely recommend Flor's place.

The apartment was spotless and so tastefully and elegantly decorated. There were a lot of little details. There was nothing missing. Riccardo responded immediately to my messages and I really appreciated his understanding of a small problem I had. You also feel safe and it is conveniently located near the train station. A grocery store is a few minutes' walk away and it is located close to the main attractions of Modena. I would definitely go back.

What a wonderful place to stay, right in central Bologna near the train station and at the same time pristine and peaceful. Very well soundproofed and quiet, and very clean, well-maintained and secure. Two beautiful rooms and a comfortable living room and functional kitchen. Spotless bathroom and handy washer and dryer. The host is very friendly and responsive, providing clear advice, recommendations and instructions. Bigger and more livable than a hotel room at a better price, with many restaurants and stores within an easy walk. Our first choice for a return to Bologna. We would love to stay here again!
