House vacation rentals in Old Town, Bologna

La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fijn en prachtig huis met heerlijk zwembad. Goede host, mooie omgeving. Hele fijne plek om Italië te ontdekken met veel leuke dingen in de buurt en om te ontspannen!

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno con mia moglie e il cane nella struttura di Riccardo e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale . Spazi ampi , appartamento attrezzato perfettamente , giardino personale , ambiente amichevole ,.....come essere a casa . Anche Yuma ha apprezzato moltissimo :) ed è un posto in cui torneremmo volentieri . Grazie ancora a Riccardo e alla sua famiglia per tutto

Very good place we were rarely there but its beautiful peaceful place, highly recommended the Hosts were amazing and very helpful and the place was Great and exceptionally clean they left us snacks and breakfast which was amazing, overall Highly recommended.

Dette var et veldig ålreit sted å bo for en stor familie eller flere vennepar. Fine rom med egne bad på hvert rom. Alle rommene har også sin egen kodelås. To etasjer. Stort og fint kjøkken. Linda hadde satt ut litt snacks, vann og kaffekapsler til oss, hvilket gjorde at vi følte oss veldig velkomne. Svært enkelt å bruke huset, enkel innsjekk med kodelåser og god kommunikasjon med verten. Bordtennisbordet utenfor ble flittig brukt. Kunne kanskje med fordel hatt noen flere sittemuligheter utendørs. Gratis parkering i gaten rett utenfor huset. Ca 15 min unna Bologna sentrum (ca 20 euro for taxi).

Soggiorno rispondente pienamente alle necessità. Solo qualche imprevisto con la caldaia. Grazie per tutto

It is a small space but very well designed and very comfortable. I really loved the space and super comfortable and at home. I will miss this little space. It was one of the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in.

Spacious, great location and extremely convenient to the train station. This space worked perfectly for our 3 couple travels. Our host was extremely accommodating and allowed for luggage storage and bathroom use after checkout, which meant we could enjoy our day before departing from the train station.

Also wenn man mit einem auto unterwegs ist sehr schöne und gute lage 15min bis bologna ca 1h von verona entfernt also kann man auch andere städte besichtigen und sehr nette menschen und sehr bequem hat mich sehr gefreut

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie bietet genug Platz auch für vier Erwachsene. Sie liegt zentral im Ort, Geschäfte und gute Restaurants sind mit ein paar Schritten zu erreichen. Zu trubelig ist es dort dennoch nicht, nur wenige Autos fahren durch die Straße vorm Haus, der große Garten bietet zusätzlich Ruhe. Super, dass man darin auch parken kann. Savigno ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Besuche in Bologna oder Modena, für Radtouren oder Wanderungen in der herrlichen Natur der Emilia. Wir haben von dort aus auch schöne Ausflüge zum (Bade-)See von Suviana und nach Ferrara gemacht - und waren abends dennoch froh, zurück in unser idyllisches Dorf zu kommen und noch auf einen Affogato zur Eisdiele bummeln zu können. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea und seiner Schwester klappte ohne Probleme, sie waren gut zu erreichen und sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!

La casa molto bella e pulita. I vicini straordinari, gentili e ospitali. Ciccio, il nostro cane, ha trovato un nuovo amico a 4 zampe, Jack (Il vero proprietario di casa 🤭) che si è preso cura di lui, presentandogli tutti gli abitanti della zona e sgridandoci quando lasciavamo Ciccio a casa da solo. Posizione strategica per muoversi nei dintorni ed evitare il traffico. Ambiente silenzioso e tranqjillo

Studio, avec salle de bain et buanderie, élégant, bien équipé et bien situé proche du centre historique. Accessible après un escalier, avec une fenêtre qui donne sur un rez-de-cour – assez calme, il peut y avoir un peu de bruit qu'on entend dans la journée. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait et tout fonctionnait correctement, l'aménagement est propre et bien pensé, c'est agréable d'y passer du temps, la climatisation est silencieuse. Il y avait des condiments, de l'eau fraîche et quelques petites choses à manger à l'arrivée, ce qui est très appréciable. Je recommande !

A estadia em Bolonha foi maravilhosa. O Sr. Aleandro foi muito simpático e atencioso, muito hospitaleiro. O apartamento estava muito bem e exactamente como descrito. Recomendamos muito o apartamento!!

C'est une véritable petite maison nichée au fond d'une cours très calme, en plein cœur d'un quartier vivant de Bologne, avec bars et restaurants à 2 pas. Le centre historique est rapidement accessible à pieds. L'équipe a été très réactive pour accompagner mon arrivée !

100% recommend to anyone trying to be close to Bologna. As first review I was worried but it turned out to be my best stay in the whole trip!!! Super relaxing and cozy. The host Juli was super sweet and sympathetic. For those who are hesitating, get this places You won’t regret it!
