Luca's apartment was really beautiful, just like the pictures, the two bedrooms and bathrooms were very convenient for us as a family, the living room was perfect for morning coffee and we generally had a great time! Excellent location, very close to everything you need and the city center! Luca was really kind and the communication was really good! He was also really lenient with the check in and check out time! Thank you for everything!

Caterina is an extremely personable host, very thoughtful and friendly and responsive. She met us to check us in, immediately made a dinner reservation to suit our tastes since we arrived late and hungry after a 24-hour trip, and checked in without being intrusive. The apartment is cheerful, well-furnished, quiet despite being on a busy street (great bus service and very walkable to the historic center), and extremely clean. WiFi was fast and reliable for work, We’d definitely stay here again.

Wir waren zu siebt in der Unterkunft und hatten eine super Zeit. Die große Wohnung mit ihren zwei Bädern lag perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und alles war sauber. Gerne wieder!

We had an excellent stay in this apartment for 4 nights! Nicola was very friendly and made the check in and out process easy. He gave us an overview of the place when we got there and also provided great local recommendations. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the open, bright layout and balcony. The location was convenient for walking around the city and getting to bars, restaurants, and attractions. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well equipped to do so.

Massimo and hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and even better than the photos. It was so spacious with such tasteful and elegant decor. Everything was well thought out and provided. Location was great and an easy walk to the train station, yet safe. Easy walk to city centre and major attractions. Host also provided great recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again if in Bologna.

Great spacious apartment in a beautiful building, with all the working amenities described. Wonderful location for a long weekend in Bologna, everything was in walking distance. Useful to have a smart TV to access Netflix. And there's a nice bakery/coffee shop a few doors down at Forno Brisa.

Elena was a very attentive host, and gave us lots of recommendations for the area and Bologna. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Bologna!

Hemos estado perfectamente en el alojamiento. Fabio se ha preocupado porque nuestra estancia fuera inmejorable y ha estado pendiente de ayudarnos y cuidarnos. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Excellent stay! Andrea is a wonderful host. Comfortable and well appointed house in a beautiful setting. Very clean and spotless. Location is in the hills outside Bologna and a car is necessary to get around.

Great location for a first visit to Bologna. Very close to many things you will want to do and the neighborhood was still quiet. The place is small, but fine if you don't intend to spend much time inside. It still had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were not and they were the only complaint I really have. Check-in/out was very easy and the host Valentina was quick to respond.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in 3 persone. Roberta è stata gentile e accogliente, ci ha inoltre fornito alcune indicazioni utili per mangiare e visitare Bologna. L'appartamento è pulito, rispondente alla descrizione e in posizione tale da girare la città a piedi.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

L’appartamento era in ordine, pulito con cura e dotato di tutto il necessario. Zona molto tranquilla, ideale per riposare dopo una giornata piena. Parcheggi gratuiti disponibili a pochi passi, davvero comodi. Tutto è andato liscio: soggiorno piacevole e senza intoppi.

Świetna lokalizacja - spokojna, blisko sklepów i świetnych restauracji, z dala od turystycznego zgiełku. Okolica jest zielona i cicha. Gospodarze byli niezwykle pomocni i polecili nam wiele ciekawych miejsc. Mieszkanie jest w pełni wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzebne.

Appartamento in complesso residenziale tranquillo, ben tenuto e corrispondente alle foto, posizione buona, non centralissima, ma comunque ben collegata ai mezzi pubblici. Personale simpatico, cordiale e disponibile anche se c'è stata un po di confusione durante il check in dovuta allo sciopero ma non ne faccio una colpa. Nel complesso un ottima soluzione per gruppi interessati a espolorare la città e godersi comunque la tranquillità una casa accogliente.

Luogo stupendo, tranquillo e ben curato. Gli host sono una coppia gentilissima e disponibilissima. Si è anche offerto di aiutarmi per il barbecue alla mia richiesta di informazioni sul funzionamento dello stesso. Colazione inclusa di alta qualità e con uova derivanti dalle tre galline presenti in residenza. Tenda spaziosa attrezzata con piumoni e letto comodo, con panorama mozzafiato al risveglio al mattino. È anche presente una piscinetta. Da passarci assolutamente almeno una notte. Noi torneremo di sicuro.

Accoglienza splendida, casa bella e funzionale. Un luogo in cui tornare!

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. Sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta di tutto, sia dell'alloggio che della accoglienza e cordialità di Milena e di sua sorella Claudia. Ci hanno fatto trovare bibite fresche al nostro arrivo e si sono dimostrate veramente molto disponibili ad una nostra richiesta personale. L'alloggio è molto carino e pulito, ha pareti colorate che mettono di buon umore. Abbiamo trascorso un weekkend fantastico!!!!!! Tutto veramente al top Grazie mille!!!!
