Luca's apartment was really beautiful, just like the pictures, the two bedrooms and bathrooms were very convenient for us as a family, the living room was perfect for morning coffee and we generally had a great time! Excellent location, very close to everything you need and the city center! Luca was really kind and the communication was really good! He was also really lenient with the check in and check out time! Thank you for everything!

Caterina is an extremely personable host, very thoughtful and friendly and responsive. She met us to check us in, immediately made a dinner reservation to suit our tastes since we arrived late and hungry after a 24-hour trip, and checked in without being intrusive. The apartment is cheerful, well-furnished, quiet despite being on a busy street (great bus service and very walkable to the historic center), and extremely clean. WiFi was fast and reliable for work, We’d definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment for 4 nights! Nicola was very friendly and made the check in and out process easy. He gave us an overview of the place when we got there and also provided great local recommendations. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the open, bright layout and balcony. The location was convenient for walking around the city and getting to bars, restaurants, and attractions. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well equipped to do so.

Massimo and hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and even better than the photos. It was so spacious with such tasteful and elegant decor. Everything was well thought out and provided. Location was great and an easy walk to the train station, yet safe. Easy walk to city centre and major attractions. Host also provided great recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again if in Bologna.

Great spacious apartment in a beautiful building, with all the working amenities described. Wonderful location for a long weekend in Bologna, everything was in walking distance. Useful to have a smart TV to access Netflix. And there's a nice bakery/coffee shop a few doors down at Forno Brisa.

Excellent stay! Andrea is a wonderful host. Comfortable and well appointed house in a beautiful setting. Very clean and spotless. Location is in the hills outside Bologna and a car is necessary to get around.

Great location for a first visit to Bologna. Very close to many things you will want to do and the neighborhood was still quiet. The place is small, but fine if you don't intend to spend much time inside. It still had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were not and they were the only complaint I really have. Check-in/out was very easy and the host Valentina was quick to respond.

A very nice accomodation for 2 people. Peaceful, clean, conveniently located to main parts of Bologna. Had all of the amenities needed. Host was very friendly and provided great information/recommendations. Highly recommend.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

Great location - quiet, close to shops and great restaurants, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The neighborhood is green and quiet. The hosts were incredibly helpful and recommended a lot of interesting places. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need.

Apartment in a quiet residential complex, well maintained and corresponding to the photos, good location, not very central, but still well connected to public transport. Friendly, friendly and helpful staff although there was a bit of confusion during check-in due to the strike but I'm not to blame. Overall a great solution for groups interested in spilling out the city and still enjoy the tranquility, a cozy home.

Beautiful place, quiet and well maintained. The hosts are a very kind and helpful couple. He also offered to help me with the barbecue when I asked for information on how it works. High-quality breakfast included and with eggs from the three hens in the residence. Spacious tent equipped with duvets and comfortable bed, with breathtaking views when you wake up in the morning. There is also a swimming pool. You absolutely have to spend at least one night there. We'll be back for sure.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. I was extremely satisfied with everything, both the accommodation and the hospitality and friendliness of Milena and her sister Claudia. They had cold drinks ready for us upon arrival and proved to be very helpful with our personal request. The accommodation is very nice and clean, it has colorful walls that put you in a good mood. We had a fantastic weekend!!!!!! Everything really excellent Thanks so much!!!!
