Die Villa Dacia ist ein echtes Schätzchen. Tiziano hat die Wohnung selbst renoviert und großen Wert auf eine sehr gute Verarbeitung gelegt und hat einen Traum von Wohnung geschaffen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität, es ist sogar noch etwas schöner. Viel Liebe zum Detail, es ist alles perfekt durchdacht. Die Küche ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Man findet alles was man benötigt und noch vieles darüber hinaus. Beide Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei wunderschöne Bäder. Draußen befindet sich ein Pool und ein Whirlpool (den wir im Sommer jedoch nicht genutzt haben). Zusätzlich gibt es einige Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Das Auto kann sicher im Innenhof geparkt werden. Man sollte beachten, dass im Garten ein Hund lebt. Beatrice ist sehr gut erzogen, hört aufs Wort auch auf das Wort von Gästen. Sie ist sehr lieb, aber Tag und Nacht dort. Dies sollte man bei seiner Buchung bedenken. Wir geben eine Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft!

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Cristinas traumhaft schönem Loft. Sensationell: das Interieur - kreativ und inspirierend, der Garten - magisch! Der Pool - gigantisch wie ein Freibad. Und immer top sauber! Danke Guiseppe! Der Ausblick? Wow! Die Lage: idyllisch - come in and calm down. Top! Super Restaurants und das altertümliche süße Städtchen Brisighella in weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Und drumherum? Tolle Landschaften, wunderschöne Städte, 1a Essen und super Locations. La dolce Vita. Und so viel Herz, Leidenschaft, Freude und Freundlichkeit - die Menschen der Emilia Romagna sind einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen immer wieder in diese wunderbare Region. Und natürlich zu Cristina. Sie ist nicht nur ein toller Gastgeber, sondern ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Ebenso wie ihr Pa und die gute Gartenseele: Guiseppe. Bleibt gesund und erhaltet euch diese Oase auf dem Hügel. Grazie mille per tutto. Und bis zum nächsten Mal. Wir freuen uns schon darauf.

Unser Sohn war mit seinem Trainer für 1 Woche in Castel San Pietro Terme. Sie waren von Cristinas Unterkunft begeistert und haben ihren Aufenthalt dort wirklich genossen. Cristina war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Gegend sind, würden wir auf sehr gern wieder bei Cristina buchen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Paul war ein super Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Auch unsere 2 Hunde waren herzlich willkommen.

Rosanna a été accueillante et disponible par Whats'app lors de notre séjour. Logement central avec accès facile à la gare à pied qui nous a permis de laisser la voiture dans l'enceinte de la cour lors de nos journées passées à Bologne et Florence. Au milieu de la Motor Valley où tous les constructeurs automobiles sont accessibles. Elle nous a recommandé des restaurants et magasins à proximité. Le logement était très propre et la cuisine parfaite pour cuisiner le soir. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la pizzeria Parfin (fermée le mercredi mais ouverte le dimanche soir) à quelques minutes en voiture qui permet de prendre à emporter pour manger tranquillement à l'appartement.

We had a wonderful stay at Daniele’s place! Daniele and his wife were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and full of charm, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is simply amazing - peaceful and perfectly situated for exploring the stunning Tuscan countryside. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Daniele, for your hospitality!

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door Everest, de beheerder van het huis, en er stond een heerlijke zelfgebakken taart klaar. De kamers waren heel gezellig ingericht met zelfs paasversiering. Super schoon. De eigenaar van het huis, een oude meneer, gaf ons later in de week een rondleiding over het terrein en vertelde verhalen van vroeger. Prachtige omgeving om te wandelen, leuke rondwandeling van 10 km via Komoot. Een half uur rijden van Bologna en op loopafstand (20min) van de trein. Mooie tuin met zitje. Fijn huis, mooie omgeving : aanrader!

Il sig Guido è veramente un super host! molto gentile e disponibile fin da subito, appena arrivate ci ha accolte di persona e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sull'alloggio. L'appartamento è molto comodo, spazioso e abbiamo trovato una pulizia impeccabile. La cucina è attrezzatissima e il frigorifero è super fornito di tutto il necessario per la colazione. C'è il parcheggio privato, la zona è molto tranquilla e servitissima da autobus, supermercato, bar pizzerie, ristoranti, tabacchi, negozietti. Comunque in mezz'ora a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro di Bologna. È stato veramente piacevole soggiornare in questo b&b, ci siamo trovate benissimo . Consigliatissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

Grazia çok dost canlısıydı. Girişten önce valizlerimizi bırakmamıza izin verdi. Ev çok temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Gezilecek yerlere oldukça yakın bir mesafedeydi.

Das war die beste Unterkunft, die wir je gebucht haben. Blitzsauber, zentrale Lage, schön eingerichtet, sehr schöne Terrasse. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf alle Fälle weiter. Grandios!!! Donatella ist die perfekte Gastgeberin!

The place was very clean. It was close to the center of Bologna (about 15-20 minutes of walking). If you are planning to rent car, it has a free parking spot that outside the ZTL region. Diego is a helpful and friendly host. Do not hesitate to stay here if you are in the Bologna.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en amoureux dans l’appartement de Cristina. Très propre, fonctionnel et décoré avec goût avec tout le nécessaire, il est parfait pour découvrir le centre ancien à seulement quelques minutes à pied. La communication avec Cristina a été parfaite dès notre réservation jusqu’à notre départ ! Nous recommandons.

Notre séjours à Bologne a été parfait, l'emplacement de la location était idéal, proche du centre et très calme à la fois. Elena nous a recommandé des restaurants excellents, un grand merci à elle encore! Nous avons adoré cette ville et n'attendons plus que d'y revenir!

Maria’nın evinde çok güzel zaman geçirdik fotoğraflarda anlatıldığı gibiydi. Oldukça temiz ve düzenli bir yerdi . Herkese tavsiye ediyorum. Marketlere ve ulaşım noktalarına yürüme mesafesinde deydi . Sakin ve sıcak bir yerdi. Maria oldukça ilgili ve canayakın bir ev sahibiydi .. Yine tercih edeceğiz her şey için teşekkürler ☺️

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Some information for future visitors: I would definitely not recommend to travel by train to the appartment. It is up the hill and the roads are steep, but easily manageable with low speeds with our car. The entry is the one with the gate. Stefano was a great host. He welcomed us in person and showed us everything important. It was an amazing visit! The photos are realistic, everything was as depicted.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Thank you Vittorio and Rosa Maria!

Smukke omgivelser og betagende udsigt fra boligens terrasse og fra pool-området, som var virkelig indbydende. Boligen var meget velholdt og ren. Værterne var proaktive og service-mindede. Vil klart anbefale et ophold her 😀

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno con mia moglie e il cane nella struttura di Riccardo e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale . Spazi ampi , appartamento attrezzato perfettamente , giardino personale , ambiente amichevole ,.....come essere a casa . Anche Yuma ha apprezzato moltissimo :) ed è un posto in cui torneremmo volentieri . Grazie ancora a Riccardo e alla sua famiglia per tutto

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Location ist super, wenn man Natur und Ruhe sucht und zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen sind es in den Ort nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Und der wunderschöne Pool war ein extra Plus! Giulia hat auch viele Tips gegeben und war bei allen Fragen direkt erreichbar. Besten Dank für die entspannten Tage!
