Chiara's accommodation matches the description. It is clean and in a great location, very close to the tram stop that takes you to the train station in a few minutes and then to the city center. Apartment in a newly built and peaceful setting. Great parking available at the apartment. Chiara is a very kind and helpful host. Communication with her is excellent and she provides very useful tips on both restaurants and activities to do. Recommended!

I had the pleasure of staying with 8 other friends of mine at Dani's apartment for one night. The apartment is in a really convenient location for visiting Florence on foot (there are several places for meals and parking just minutes from the house)! The listing description and photos are very accurate and match the reality of the accommodation. Dani was immediately friendly, helpful and responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed it and if we were to go back to Florence we would love to stay there again!

Fabulous large apartment in a quiet area but only a short walk into town. Federico was a generous host who enhanced our stay in Florence and ensured our arrival, stay and exit was seamless. Our best experience in Italy so far.

I stayed in the accommodation for three nights and felt really comfortable. I liked the courtyard best. The apartment looks a little darker than in the pictures, so I was a little disappointed when I first came in. But after I opened the curtains, everything was fine! The apartment was very clean and is quietly located. The only thing I missed a little was a dishwasher. :-) The contact with Rosi was very good, reliable, sympathetic and she answered questions quickly.

One of the best stay I had! We loved Giulia's place : it is a true cocoon, in which we felt like home. The location is absolutely perfect, 15 minutes away from the train station, 15 minutes away from the Duomo, and with plenty of opportunities to explore the local trattoria and osteria around. Huge ++++ for the small courtyard : having a coffee there early morning does make it all to start the day!

The residence is in the center, ideal for getting around on foot, a shopping center in front for every need and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet. Highly recommended.

Very positive experience. Well organized and clean house, close to the sea but far from the noise of the center. I'd love to come back if I'm in the area. Only flaw: it may not be easy to find parking, despite being paid everywhere. We parked and didn't move the car again.

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace very much. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

If you want to go far away from tourism and experience high altitude, this is the place. The road leads up to the last house where there is peace and quiet. It's very authentic and old style throughout the home , we were offered coffee by the lower house which was very sweet . We slept here for two days, it is well located in the middle of Florence, bologne, Pisa

everything was perfect, the host waited for us despite our train was late for more than an hour, it was already past 11pm, and they checked with us if we had everything, the apartment was super clean, the garden was beautiful and the location also is pretty good. We had a great time!

Mr. Aldo welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. He explained everything clearly, from using the kitchen to opening the balcony door, ensuring a smooth stay. What stood out was his thoughtful hospitality. He provided water, juice, fresh fruits, bread, jam, butter, and both Italian and American-style coffee, which made us feel truly pampered. The accommodation was cozy and inviting, with Asian-style fans, paintings, and antique plates, making it feel like a local’s home rather than a hotel. Despite my sensitivity to noise, it was surprisingly quiet once the windows were closed. Mr. Aldo assured me he would handle any noise issues, which gave me peace of mind. If I visit Bologna again next year, I’d definitely stay here again. The warm hospitality made it feel like I was experiencing the local way of life. We stayed at Giada's for the April 25th holiday. Welcomed by a smiling, kind and caring girl who made us feel at home and who cares about doing things right. Bright, tidy, very clean apartment equipped with all comforts. Tactical location in the pedestrian area of Scandicci and near the tram stop where in 20 min you can reach the center of Florence. Around you have bars, pizzerias, ice cream shops, stores and a bit of everything. On Saturdays in the square there is the market, a small "Porta Portese" where you can really find everything. Thanks Giada we had a great time, we will definitely come back to visit you!!

Casa di Enrico is very welcoming and perfect for those looking for the tranquility of the neighborhood but the convenience of walking to the city center and the sea. Private parking is definitely a plus. Enrico is very helpful in providing useful tips for visiting Rimini. Very pleasant walk from the house to the city center and passing through the beautiful village of San Giuliano

Very comfortable and convenient stay! Comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen. I really enjoyed my stay at Luciana’s place - there are tons of restaurants nearby, you can explore the entire center of Bologna walking from the apartment. No complaints, I would stay here again

I had a lovely stay at Diana’s place in Florence for a month. The location was perfect, the flat lovely, and she was a brilliant host.

The location is good. close to the SMN train station. In 15 minutes walk you reach the historic center. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. perfect for a family or a group of 3 maximum 4 people. The check-in, check-out and communication with Luca were very good.
