Gorgeous landscapes and super friendly staff. A very charming place to enjoy la dolca vita!

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and superbly equipped. The area was very nice and the animals super sweet. The property is very quiet and very nice. We were there with our dog, who felt very comfortable and the other dogs in the house were very reserved. The hosts are very nice people, we will be back and then stay a little longer.

It was a beautiful experience, on top of a Tuscan hill in a cozy and completely silent building. The hosts are very kind and always available, the spaces clean and as described. The welcome with house products was very warm and the tips on what to eat were much appreciated. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Giacomo's was very nice. We were a group of 6 and had good space in and around the house. The kitchen had everything relevant, the beds are comfortable and the garden is mega large and beautiful. Giacomo and his parents are very nice people, we even received a cake which was very very tasty. Giacomo also gave us tips for the area and accommodated our needs. We thank Giacomo and his parents for the lovely stay!

We loved the AirB&B, Raphael responded promptly to all our questions, and Laura, the manager was GREAT upon our arrival, and even when we contacted her, she was always VERY PLEASANT and genuinely helpful.

We had a great time with the family at Lisa's place. The house is superb and very well equipped. We were very well hosted by Loretta. We enjoyed the calm and beauty of the surroundings. We were by car and we were easily able to reach Florence, Siena or Lucca. We would recommend this listing!

This beautifully restored collection of properties gave us the perfect mix of peaceful surroundings with the ability to meet and mix with other visitors from different countries if and when we wanted. Aperitives in the gardens are a must and can be followed by supper with fresh local produce expertly cooked and served by Paolo and Kitty (thankyou). The pool is fantastic, really clean and well maintained with adequate choices of seating and loungers for all. We had a wonderful five night stay and only wished we'd booked longer, I guess that we'll have to return!!

We had a very good vacation with our 10-month-old son. Everything we needed was present in the apartment. Furthermore, the view was super nice, you are in a very quiet place. Christina and her family live there too, but you have plenty of privacy! Road to unpaved the last 200 meters, which is especially challenging for your car but this also went fine. Very nice quiet place to cinque terre, Portovenere, lerici etc. To visit! Had a great vacation! Communication with Christina very well, she responds within a short time and helps you with questions.

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

Tommaso and the family were AMAZING hosts! We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and had loved it so much we ended up staying an extra night. The views are unmatched (we recommend walking around the farm right before sunset). The drive to Florence is fast -- popping in and out of the city was easy. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

Wonderful place to stay with loving hosts We had the very best time at Stefania's house! The entire property – both the house and the garden and pool – was very well maintained, clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. The location is ideal: quiet but still perfectly located to quickly reach many excursion destinations. The welcome by Stefania was warm and likeable. We got a detailed and helpful introduction to all the important points around the house – including really great tips about the area that made our stay even more beautiful. We can fully recommend this place – everything is just right here!

We loved our stay! We were two families of four and the accommodations were comfortable and spacious. Barbara was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for day trips into Florence (20 min drive), but allowed us to be in the beautiful Tuscan hills and have some peace and wonderful walks. The city is so busy that getting away from the crowds in this tranquil spot was important. We also appreciated the feel of the home being cozy while the old Italian charm.

Magical stay at Paola's. Hard to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car at the train station and welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious - hard to have a better arrival especially after a long journey. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day to Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't believe her generosity! She is very attentive to all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We highly recommend staying at Paola's, the best Airbnb host we've ever had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you've been wonderful, and we're already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci! :)

We had an amazing time at Karin's Villa. From the views to the amazing location; I will recommended to anyone. Will definitely love to comeback sometime. A little piece of heaven on earth. Honestly, if you wanna get away from the crowds for some peace and quiet after touring, this place is a delight. You will be breathless as you approach the property and feel incredibly spoiled to even know that a place so beautiful exists. It is off the beaten track but very close to a small village that has three restaurants and a couple of small stores. I walked down to the village and we had a delightful dinner there at a family restaurant. It is also about a 20 minute drive to Luca or to Pisa so really centrally located so you can get back to touring but then come away and it’s remarkable. The lodgings are so cute and comfortable. It’s hard to leave once you get there. A spacious bed room for the parents, a small loft for a child or teen and a pullout bed in the kitchen that is easy to put away during the day. The bathroom was beautiful, nice big shower, the host gifted us wine and juice. You will be bragging you were able to stay in such a place!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!
