The residence is in the center, ideal for getting around on foot, a shopping center in front for every need and just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

Absolutely perfect! Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Free private parking, fast internet. Cute, spotlessly clean apartment, 2 bedrooms with 2 separate bathrooms. Enrica was great - responsive, helpful, with great suggestions. Her recommendation of La Siesta restaurant nearby / on the beach was amazing - great food, cozy atmosphere, super friendly waiters. While our family overnight stay in Riccione was supposed to be only an in-between stop on Mirabilandia / San Marino /Gardaland trip, Enrica made sure we’ll remember it fondly. Big THANK YOU!

Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is convenient and has plenty of storage space.

Alessia's apartment is perfect! The proximity to the center, the sea and the services makes it ideal for a stay in Viareggio. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are also comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with every accessory…. I would definitely go back.

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location, very close to Ponte Vecchio. Super helpful and very nice host. Excellent value for money. Being 6 guests, after the third shower, despite the two bathrooms available we had difficulty getting hot water. But it's really the only non-positive note. Super recommended.

The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people, it is spacious, can be useful for long or short stays. Very well located to visit Firenze.

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore the area but it was beautiful country and had restaurants and grocery near by. Hosts were very sweet!!! Very much appreciate the coffee pods and tea.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful, warm and unique apartment. Great light, tons of space, and especially loved the smell outdoor space. Lots of quirky cool touches in terms of art, paint, and layout. Overall we had an excellent stay and would return.

Our stay in Florence was wonderful and much of it was coming back to the beautiful space to stay. Giacomo is the most welcoming, helpful, and accommodating host I have ever met on Airbnb or anywhere else, he’s just wonderful. I recommend staying at this apartment in Florence, don’t think twice , just book it, you’ll be happy you did!

We had a really good time. The house was very clean and above all nothing was missing. The possibility of bringing the dog of a large size like ours was much appreciated. We will recommend your home to friends and family who want to come to the 5 Terre.

I had an amazing stay! The apartment was huge and beautiful. It was very quiet and exceptionally clean. I loved the little roof terrace. Fiorella was an amazing host and her communication was excellent. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from Piazza Majore - the main square in Bologna. I would definitely stay here again. If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it

Mirko’s place was the perfect spot in Florence. It was a beautiful place nestled right in the middle of everything. We never walked more than 10 minutes to find what we were looking for. Giselle was amazing and there for anything we needed and any questions we had. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Florence.
