Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful home with the best airbnb kitchen we've experienced. The outside space is fantastic with a wonderful garden full of stunning plants and useful herbs. We were given some fresh lemons which really took the G&Ts up a level!! Garage is perfect for a car but everywhere is walkable. FULLY recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Rapallo.

I can only agree with all the positive reviews! Massimo is a fantastic host and he is always immediately available when you need something without being intrusive. We got along well right from the start. The whole family is very warm, friendly, helpful and personable. There was nothing missing. Even a bathrobe and hot water bottle were provided! Especially the beds are very comfortable, which is a rarity in vacation rentals! My 2-week stay with my dog was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable…almost like visiting friends. We stayed in this house for three days with our dachshunds. The house is very spacious, bright and comfortable. Upon our arrival we found all kinds of welcome gifts and all the information necessary for the use of the house. It is also well equipped for long stays and is independent and private. The host is very kind and very helpful, prompt in responding. We had a really good time and we will gladly come back. Recommended for those who like to stay immersed in nature but a few minutes from grazano visconti and the city. The place is surrounded by fields with spectacular views.

I spent three months living at Andrea and Ilaria's lovely place in Girone. They were always so kind and helpful, I felt like family. Girone Is a wonderful place, calm and green, right by the river, but with a frequent bus service into town a short walk away. it's so pleasant to be out in the garden, and the place has everything you need. Very grateful to have had the time here.

Amazing place for shorter and longer stays in Lombardy. Close to lots of famous must-see places and attractions like Milano, Venezia, Verona, Lake Garda and others. Apartment is big and comfortable even for bigger family. Interiors are designed with taste, very clean and well-equipped. Beautiful garden with swimming pool in the backyard is the icing on the cake. Hosts are friendly and helpful.

Good stay in a clean, well-equipped apartment located in a quiet residential area. The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Just a small note: it can get a bit loud at night if the shutters aren’t closed, so be sure to shut them for a good night’s sleep!

Very comfortable and easy to reach accommodation, with parking inside the property and lots of free parking outside. The nearby dog breakage area was much appreciated, and the short distance from the beaches and the sea.

My family stayed here for a week and found it to be the perfect location for our second time in Florence. Walkable to restaurants, cafes, grocery, enotecas, and markets. The outdoor patio, kitchen, and living room were great for us and our baby.

Giulietta and her family treated us very courteously and warmly welcomed us. Unfortunately, we arrived very late, possibly which we could not influence. Giulietta's husband was waiting for us extra late at night. Everything else we were able to clarify the next day. All our questions were answered and unfortunately the hot water was missing, which was resolved immediately. Unfortunately, we were only able to spend two nights in this accommodation as we were passing through with friends in the area. We can recommend the place and would book again. You just have to know that the roads to the house are quite adventurous. But you get used to it. :-) Thank you for all the understanding and kindness!

I can only confirm what other people have written. If you're looking for peace, this is the perfect place. I spent 3 days there alone: it's a magical place, full of vibes, even time passes differently. I loved everything: the attention to detail of the accessories, (especially those in the kitchen), the recovered furniture, the presence of wood everywhere (the writing corner is magnificent, I used it a lot). The books available gave me numerous ideas for reading. There is also a vintage audio system that you can connect to via Bluetooth to listen to your favorite playlists. Even the wifi works perfectly. From the cottage I took several walks on the hills, even for hours.

Paola’s place is very good if you are looking for a calm and relaxing place to recharge your energy . Stone house and fireplace makes a cozy atmosphere for a family to rest. Highly recommended.

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

One night there, might be difficult to access if you have a big car, otherwise all good, I recommend it!

Great accommodation, super well-equipped. Great location for those who want to have a day in the snow and enjoy the mountain.

Check-in was very chilled and spontaneous. Great to reach and a really likeable guy. We were there with our motorcycles and Ricardo took great care to make sure everything is safe and even brought tools over a small breakdown. The house in itself was rustic but very appropriately furnished. There was everything from pots and pans to sheets and towels. It is and remains a small, rustic cottage in Tuscany. What more could you ask for? Our troupe would come back any time. Thank you for the nice stay!

I was with my two girls (9 ½ and 11). Sonia was kind, let us in as if we were household. Very helpful finding the place, sent a friend to bring us. Finca in excellent pasta she prepared . The house is magical, the pool is huge and pampering. There was complete privacy alongside worrying all the time we had everything we needed. My daughters and I were in the clouds and will come back for sure!!! Thank you so much for hosting a lovely stay in a magical and private forest.
