Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

A beautiful home with the best airbnb kitchen we've experienced. The outside space is fantastic with a wonderful garden full of stunning plants and useful herbs. We were given some fresh lemons which really took the G&Ts up a level!! Garage is perfect for a car but everywhere is walkable. FULLY recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Rapallo.

Ho prenotato per mio marito che soggiornava da solo. Una esperienza molto positiva. La casa corrisponde all’annuncio e gli host sono stati davvero molto carini e accoglienti. Disponibili e pronti a rispondere a necessità ma anche curiosità sul luogo.

Ich kann mich den ganzen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen! Massimo ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber und er ist immer sofort zur Stelle wenn man etwas benötigt, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns von Anfang an gut verstanden. Die ganze Familie ist sehr herzlich, freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Es fehlte an nichts. Selbst Bademantel und Wärmflasche wurden zur Verfügung gestellt! Besonders die Betten sind sehr bequem, was in Ferienwohnungen eine Seltenheit ist! Mein 2-wöchiger Aufenthalt mit meinem Hund war sehr angenehm und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt…fast schon wie bei Freunden zu Besuch. Abbiamo alloggiato per tre giorni in questa casa insieme ai nostri bassotti. la casa é molto spaziosa, luminosa e confortevole. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato ogni genere di omaggi di benvenuto e tutte le informazioni necessarie per l'utilizzo della casa. é ben attrezzata anche per lunghi soggiorni ed é indipendente e riservata. l'host é gentilissimo e molto disponibile, tempestivo nel rispondere. ci siamo trovate davvero bene e ci torneremo volentieri. consigliata a chi piace alloggiare immerso nella natura ma a pochi minuti da grazano visconti e dalla cittá. il luogo é immerso nei campi con una vista spettacolare.

I spent three months living at Andrea and Ilaria's lovely place in Girone. They were always so kind and helpful, I felt like family. Girone Is a wonderful place, calm and green, right by the river, but with a frequent bus service into town a short walk away. it's so pleasant to be out in the garden, and the place has everything you need. Very grateful to have had the time here.

The house is beutiful and cosy. The house has everything someone needs for holiday. The view in amazing and their rose garden is nice even in winter. Francesca and her relatives are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for everything. We had a nice time. Karmen

Amazing place for shorter and longer stays in Lombardy. Close to lots of famous must-see places and attractions like Milano, Venezia, Verona, Lake Garda and others. Apartment is big and comfortable even for bigger family. Interiors are designed with taste, very clean and well-equipped. Beautiful garden with swimming pool in the backyard is the icing on the cake. Hosts are friendly and helpful.

Good stay in a clean, well-equipped apartment located in a quiet residential area. The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Just a small note: it can get a bit loud at night if the shutters aren’t closed, so be sure to shut them for a good night’s sleep!

Siamo stati benissimo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa Una casina di montagna confortevole, con un bel caminetto con tiraggio perfetto. Forno, riscaldamento autonomo. Ci sono tutti gli utensili a disposizione Gli spazi sono ben progettati. Anche se non grandissima ognuno di noi poteva godere del proprio angolo di relax Vicinissima a gli impianti Nevicava e il Parcheggio privato davanti alla casa ha fatto molto comodo Condominio silenzioso Sara é sempre stata attiva nel rispondere ai messaggi e pro attiva per risolvere problemi (avevo lasciato le chiavi in casa) Che dire?! Fantastico

Alloggio molto comodo e facile da raggiungere, con parcheggio dentro la proprietà e tanti parcheggi gratuiti al di fuori. Molta apprezzata l'area sgambamento cani vicina, e la poca distanza dalle spiagge e dal mare.

My family stayed here for a week and found it to be the perfect location for our second time in Florence. Walkable to restaurants, cafes, grocery, enotecas, and markets. The outdoor patio, kitchen, and living room were great for us and our baby.

Giulietta und ihre Familie haben uns sehr zuvorkommend behandelt und uns herzlich aufgenommen. Wir sind leider sehr verspätet angekommen, unter Umständen die wir nicht beeinflussen konnten. Giuliettas Mann hat extra spät in der Nacht auf uns gewartet. Alles weitere konnten wir am nächsten Tag klären. Alle unsere Fragen wurden geklärt und leider fehlte das warme Wasser, was aber umgehend behoben wurde. Leider konnten wir nur zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbringen, da wir auf der Durchreise bei Freunden in der Umgebung zu Besuch waren. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und würden wieder buchen. Man muss einfach wissen, dass die Strassen zum Haus recht abenteuerlich sind. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran. :-) Vielen Dank für all das Verständnis und Entgegenkommen!

Non posso che confermare quanto scritto da altra gente. Se siete alla ricerca di pace questo è il luogo perfetto. Io vi ho passato 3 giorni da solo: è un posto magico, pieno di vibrazioni, anche il tempo scorre diversamente. Ho amato tutto: la cura dei dettagli degli accessori, (specie quelli della cucina), i mobili di recupero, la presenza del legno ovunque (l’angolo scrittura è magnifico, l’ho usato tantissimo). I libri presenti mi hanno dato numerosi spunti di lettura. Vi è inoltre un impianto audio vintage a cui connettersi tramite Bluetooth per ascoltare le vostre playlist preferite. Anche il Wi-Fi funziona perfettamente. Dal cottage ho fatto diverse passeggiate sui colli, anche di ore.

Paola e Gianni attenti ad ogni dettaglio e molto disponibili. Posto che merita di essere visitato. L'alloggio è incantevole, molto ben curato e la pulizia è ottima. Per chi cerca la tranquillità è una zona incantevole. Abbiamo trovato condizioni meteo variabili ma l'alloggio già riscaldato e le stufe accese, già questo è stato un ottimo benvenuto. All'interno dell'abitazione c'è tutto il necessario che può servire. Il posto è ideale per relax e camminate, per chi ama stare nella natura e in tranquillità.

Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

On peut dire que rien ne manque chez Paola. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Un panier d'accueil vous attend à votre arrivée. Une sélection de café, thé et tisanes est proposée. Superbe machine à café. Le jardin est magnifique. La vue est très belle sur la mer et les montagnes. Du logement l'accès est rapide sur santa Margherita et Portofino. La literie est impeccable. Calme et ressourçant. Je recommande vivement ce lieu. Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Paola est une adorable femme au grand coeur.

Ottima sistemazione, super accessoriata. Posizione fantastica per chi vuole fare una giornata sulla neve e godersi la montagna.

Der Check-In war sehr entspannt und spontan. Super zu erreichen und ein echt sympathischer Kerl. Wir waren mit unseren Motorrädern da und Ricardo hat sich super darum gekümmert das alles in Sicherheit steht und sogar Werkzeug bei einer kleinen Panne vorbei gebracht. Das Haus an sich war rustikal aber sehr passend eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden von Töpfen und Pfannen bis hin zu Bettwäsche und Handtüchern. Es ist und bleibt ein kleines, rustikales Häuschen in der Toskana. Was will man mehr. Unsere Truppe würde jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke für den netten Aufenthalt!

הייתי עם שתי הילדות שלי (בנות 9וחצי ו11). סוניה הייתה אדיבה, הכניסה אותנו כאילו ואנו בני בית. עזרה מאוד למצוא את המקום, שלחה חבר שיביא אותנו. פינקה בפסטה מעולה שהכינה . הבית קסום, הבריכה ענקית ומפנקת. הייתה פרטיות מלאה לצד דאגה כל הזמן שיש לנו כל מה שאנו צריכים. הבנות שלי ואני היינו בעננים ובטוח נחזור!!! תודה רבה על אירוח מקסים ביער קסום ופרטי.
