Vacation rentals with a balcony in Emilia-Romagna

This place is a gem. A very nice apartment for a small group, with an amazing view from the upstairs terrace. Emanuele was an awesome host and he provided various suggestions on food, restaurants, activities, etc. we were very pleased with the thoroughness of his check in process and the tour he gave us. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence.

By far one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. The place is beautiful, clean and in a wonderful location. Francesca is extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. For note, parking is not in the building and you will need to find street parking - some is free, most is paid (in blue lines).

The apartment was in a fantastic location, easy walk to major sites, clean, as described, and well set up for a short to long stay. We enjoyed the gelato shop on the corner and the patisseria next door. Didn’t try the restaurant downstairs but it seemed a popular local spot. The apartment can be a little noisy from the restaurant and other apartments near by but it just adds to the feel of being in a bustling Italian city. Davide and Elena were very prompt to respond and helpful with local tips and advice.

This beautiful and spacious apartment on the Piazza del Carmine was an absolute highlight for our family of four adults while staying six nights in Florence. The location was off the beaten track but an easy walk to everything. (And there is a small grocery store around the corner which was so convenient!) The apartment is on the top floor of a corner building so it was quiet and the views of the piazza and surrounding neighborhood were lovely. We were greeted by Arlene who showed us around and brought us a tray of cold water upon entering the apartment. (Much appreciated in the August heat, as was the air conditioning!) There are 75 steps into the apartment, but Arlene’s colleague brought our bags up for us. We had no issues with the stairs any time during our stay. Arlene came back twice during our six nights to clean and tidy the place. Giulio arranged a taxi for us to the airport on the day of our departure. He was great to work with. We highly recommend this AirBnB!

I’ve never been to a better place to stay especially in the romantic Florence. Geraldine is the sweetest host I’ve ever had!!! The place is amazing, the rooftop is breathtaking, the food around is great. Recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Giulia's place. The apartment is at a great location and is very bright and spacious. The atmosphere around was lively with amazing local spots. The apartment can be a little noisy because of the square right next to it. The bedroom has good windows to block out most of the noise.

Beautiful spot! Very local and hidden in the town, away from the city center so you can enjoy true sense of Florence life. Would definitely stay again, host provide so many recommendations and included beautiful welcome package for us. Super responsive

Excellent cottage, the owners are very welcoming and very nice, the sea view is better than in the photos, the place benefits from a micro-climate hence this green vegetation paradise with birdsong . Beautiful pool and garden

We really had a wonderful stay. The host welcomed us incredibly warmly and immediately recorded an entire plan for things to do and hidden gems. The kitchen is really WELL equipped. The only small drawback, the mattresses are unfortunately very saggy and you should ventilate a lot, as it is very humid in the lower room due to the shower. Still, this place is HIGHLY recommended !! It was great

Amazing place :) the area is nice, great place for two persons, making fire was a plus.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here! The house is located down a hill and is right next to a little river, which in our case was filled enough with water to swim and cool down from the lovely hot weather. We were 8 people in total and still even had a room free at the end. The vesinity was outstanding, surrounded by nature and very cosy. Desiree (the host) was also very helpful with everything and made our stay very welcoming. Thank you for a lovely time, we will definitely be back! Absolute Gem if you want a detox from modern busy life.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is a short walk to the Mercato Centrale of Florence and the Duomo as well. Lots of great restaurants close by. We love to walk So this was great for us. We had a great time in this home. The entrance is gorgeous and very well decorated. The garden and swimming pool is very pleasant. The interior is as described and photographed. It may be missing some kitchen amenities like a kettle or dishwasher. Special mention for the owner who was adorable and always attentive. It's a very beautiful place.

Our stay at the house was perfect. The old house is absolutely charming and the pool was ideal for the hot weather. The house is really private and nice for a cozy vacation.

A beautiful and clean apartment in the heart of Florence. Check in was very well communicated and the host also provided some extra useful information for the area. Plenty of basic amenities provided too. Couldn't ask for more.

Lorenzo was the kindest and sweetest host and this apartment is in the most perfect location to explore Florence. The entire place is absolutely beautiful and the bathrooms are modern and well appointed and the kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you need including coffee :) Lorenzo went way out of his way to greet us and make sure we weee well taken care of from start to finish . Highly recommend!!!

No words can describe the beauty of this home. Aside from its decor and size, the host is outstanding. Patrizia greeted us with a warm welcome at the door and gave us tips and pointers on the city. 10/10 recommend staying here because Patrizia is a beautiful person and shows such kindness. The beautiful home itself is just the cherry on top!
