Clean and fresh place! Christian was easy and friendly to communicate with, quick respond time. It was the easiest check in I have experienced! everything was excellent and Marco and his brother Flavio were warm, hospitable, and accessible. forget about trying to get a car inside the courtyard. a perfect parking right opposite the house in a private garage for 15 Euros per day and a way to get in and out of the ZTL without violating any restrictions. a super central location. it was cold so didn't use the pretty outside area much but will be an excellent addition in warmer weather

Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Alles super. Die Wohnung liegt unweit des Flughafens. Mich hat das nicht gestört, aber Menschen, die ansonsten in sehr ruhiger Umgebung leben, könnten sich durch Motorengeräusche gestört fühlen. Kein Flughafenbetrieb in der Nacht.

The apartment is absolutely 10/10! It is so fully equipped that there's literally no chance you'd miss something! I'm a very frequent traveller and I stay at airbnbs a lot, but this one stood out! Honestly I couldn't recommend this place more! If you're ever in Bologna, this is the place!!!!

Carmen ci ha accolto nel suo appartamentino con molta gentilezza e disponibilità. La casa corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione ed era ben pulita e ben tenuta. Il giardinetto molto carino per rilassarsi un po’ la sera. La casa era dotata di tutti i comfort, come da descrizione. Non facilissimo trovare parcheggio ma quello un po’ ovunque a Bologna è così. Se riusciremo torneremo anche il prossimo anno. Grazie mille!

Casa recien reformada, limpia, decorada con mucho gusto y con electrodoméstico de calidad. Es más bonita que en las fotos y si llevas coche es perfecta porque puedes aparcar justo en la puerta. A 15 min andando del centro. La anfitriona ha sido muy amable y siempre atenta. Muy recomendable.

Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza fantastica durante il nostro soggiorno. Gli host sono stati disponibilissimi fin da subito, offrendo grande flessibilità riguardo al check-in e fornendo tutte le informazioni necessarie per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Il monolocale era arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario, il che ci ha permesso di sentirci subito a casa. La pulizia e l’ordine della struttura sono stati impeccabili, dimostrando una grande attenzione ai dettagli. Inoltre, la posizione è molto comoda: il parcheggio si trova proprio di fronte e ci sono solo circa 15 minuti di auto per raggiungere il centro di Bologna. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Gli host sono davvero simpatici e pronti ad aiutare, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più positiva.

The location was perfect, with a very lively street just around the corner but the apartment itself was nice and quiet. My family and I had an amazing time at Callum’s and Jessica’s place. We spent 10 days at the place. It was loca in a super nice and quiet area with the bus stop few meters from the house. Callum and Jessica were so friendly and very helpful. They even helped us with some baby stuff for our little baby, as we couldn’t bring it ourselves. I definitely recommend this place!

Roberto was very kind and helpful and waited for us for a late check in. He was there to show us the place and always very responsive and friendly. The apartment is right outside the ZTL in the centre of Bologna )one can easily walk to historic centre in 10/15 min) and offers plenty of parking spaces in the streets around it. Handy the supermarket just around the corner. The place is spacious and very quiet and offers a nice terrace with BBQ space. It was perfectly suited to our needs. Will stay again.

It was an amazing stay in rural Italy! You feel really close to the nature - lots of hiking trails (from easy to difficult) can be found in the area, some of them right near the house. And at least when we stayed there were no tourists in the woods, we were the only ones, plus a few locals. We stayed with our dogs, who enjoyed the large private garden of the house. Marzio and Rebecca gave us many great recommendations, sent us contacts of the restaurants nearby, were instantly available for all questions and - overall - they went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We highly appreciate that! Note also that this house is suitable for remote work - I actually had to work for the whole month, and the Internet connection worked well for me (just make sure you inform the owners in advance, so that they arrange the right package). In the village nearby you can find a really good butcher, and I will highly recommend farmers market in Poretta Terme every Saturday - for vegetables, fruits and the best porchetta we ever tried. There is a lot to see in this area, and of course - there is a lot to eat and to drink! We enjoyed our stay a lot!!!

Everything ran smoothly and the appartment fit the description completely. Our 16-month baby had a great time as Vladimir took care of supplying us with a high chair and a cot for him. 100% recommendable for families with little kids. The location of the appartment is perfect, half way the main station and the city center. You can visit Bologna by foot without any problem. If we come back to Bologna, we will stay again at Vladimir's!
