We just completed a month-long stay at Carlo's place--what a fabulous experience! Gorgeous terrace, great views, spacious and light-filled. The kitchen is especially outfitted for long stays; there was plenty of silverware, dishes, and glasses for every use, and every appliance you can imagine. Heat and hot water were plentiful. Carlo was helpful and prompt in answering questions. We loved the location because it is close to center but perfectly quiet for sleeping. And the view of the rooftops of Bologna from the bedroom was a daily delight. We highly recommend--especially for longer stays!

Everything was perfect with the house, she thought about every detail, it was better than staying in a hotel room, there was plenty of useful utensil in bathroom and kitchen and everywhere. House was clean and tidy, was in a great location, central but quite, Check-in process was easy, Linda recommended good restaurants. She was very helpful and quick with responses. Thank you for everything.

The perfect place run by the perfect host. Very clean and quiet, yet in the middle of everything. Every major attraction less than kilometer away. Stairs are easy and we in our 80th had no problem to climb. Beatrice helped us with the luggage and taxi. Thanks a lot!
