Loft vacation rentals in Munich

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung hatte die optimale Größe für die Personenanzahl und hat unsere Erwartungen umfassend erfüllt. Die ruhige Lage und wunderschöne Aussicht werden wir so schnell nicht vergessen.

Wir hatten eine tolle Übernachtung mit unserer Mädelsgruppe. Alle waren schlichtweg begeistert von der hellen Wohnung und der tollen Küche. Roswitha und Frank sind ganz herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, weswegen wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben!

Nous avons été très bien reçus et l'appartement permet de se détendre de manière conformtable. Il y a de la place dans le salon, la salle de bain est également spacieuse et les équipements présents nous ont suffi. De plus, le quartier est très calme et se garer est très facile. Encore un grand merci pour l'accueil.

Ein schönes, großzügiges Appartement und sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber - wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden!

Wir waren nur zum Schlafen in der Wohnung! Doch es ist empfehlenswerten. Alles da was das Herz begehrt! Ich will eventuell nochmal bei Helmut Anfragen!!!! Für das nächste Jahr!!

Great stay at a nice loft close to Oktoberfest. Matt was great with communication and the place was very clean. Would come back for sure.

Host is very friendly n helpful, property is absolutely nice, worth staying, just one thing to say, lake is not visible from home, it’s approximately 400m walk from home!!! Rest everything is well placed, had wonderful stay!!!

très belle appartement, tres proche de Augsburg, environ 20 minutes ,dans un cadre champêtre. rien ne manque...et si toutefois c etait le cas , Hubert et sa maman sont présents pour vous aider ..personne très serviable et très agréable. je voyage énormément pour mon travail, notamment en Allemagne, et j avoue avoir rarement trouvé un logement de cette qualité à ce prix là. je recommande.

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtete, moderne Wohnung wie auf den Bildern angezeigt. Hier ist man beim Gastgeber zu Hause, das merkt man! Die wichtigsten Geschäfte vor der Haustüre, insbesondere der Edeka hat mir gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr gute und nur 2-3 Fuss-Minuten von U-Bahn und Tram entfernt. Mit der U-Bahn erreicht man den Bahnuf in 12 Minuten, den Marienplatz mit Umsteigen am Karlsplatz in etwa 15 Minuten.

We had a great stay at Armin’s apartment! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The rain shower was amazing—such a nice touch after a long day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz, which made sightseeing and dining out super convenient. As an all-female group, we really appreciated how safe the apartment and neighborhood felt. Armin was a pleasure to communicate with—friendly, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Munich!

Ich bin echt begeistert von der Wohnung und Freundlichkeit von Michaela. Top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, vor allem, wenn man Kochen genau so liebt wie ich. Es war wie ein Wellnessurlaub und ich komme gerne bald wieder! 🧘🏼‍♀️

Simon is a really friendly, responsive and proactive host. He personally meets us for check in, got us settled in and even came to help us with the bbq pit. Simon’s place was beautiful, peaceful and magical especially during the golden hour. The place was really airy and clutter-free. The kitchen appliances were easy to use. The bathroom was clean and big. The beds in the bedroom were really cozy and comfortable to sleep in. Thank you and we will surely book again the next time we are in town!

Wir (4 köpfige Familie) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir haben unser Auto beim Schwabinger Parkhaus geparkt (18 € /24 Stunden) das wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Das Loft ist sehr modern und gepflegt und hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage (wenige Minuten zur U-Bahn Station) außerdem sind um die Ecke einige sehr gute auch preiswerte Lokale. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Loft sehr ruhig, man bekommt von der Straße überhaupt nichts mit. Die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin Lucy war bei allen Fragen sofort zur Stelle und hat uns zusätzlich tolle Tipps für unseren Städtetripp gegeben. Der Check in und Check out funktionierte einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Wir können das Loft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

The location was great with a couple of bakeries nearby and grocery stores within a couple of blocks. The U-Bahn was an easy 5 minute walk that connects to the main Bahnhof. The apartment is a great size for large groups. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers and there was more than enough room. The place was very clean and in excellent condition. The courtyard was an extra bonus and a nice place to have bier at the end of the evening. The host was very helpful and responded to our questions very quickly.

Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation und die Anweisungen waren unkompliziert und zutreffend. Wir hatten keine Probleme und können die Wohnung und Jakob als Host uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
