Kaiserhaus Harald Astner Ebbs Studio 1

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

It is a whole, private accommodation with a bedroom, a kitchen (with (sleeping) plateau), a living & dining area with comfortable sofa bed for 2 pers. and a bathroom.

My non-smoking home is in the green Gröbenzell, you can easily walk in a few minutes to Munich. Public transport is available. There are several restaurants nearby (Chinese, Greek, Italian, Bavarian) The apartment has a garden. Directly behind the house (10 meters!) Is an exclusive gym with wellness area (fee / day about 16 euros). Many shopping possibilities (Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Deichmann, Tengelmann etc.) within 5 minutes walk.

A modern kitchen area is equipped with sleek cabinetry and a two-basin sink. Open shelves display decorative items. A dining table with four chairs offers space for meals, complemented by a vibrant piece of wall art that adds a pop of color to the room.
