Our apartment is conveniently located in southern Upper Bavaria in the district of Miesbach on an organic farm. The region has a lot to offer: mountains and numerous lakes, wonderful nature, but also architecturally interesting cities and buildings. All this is waiting for your outdoor adventures, discoveries and sightseeing. Free Wi-Fi is available, as is parking. A special highlight of the apartment is the sauna and hot tub in the garden. Our Shetland ponies also appreciate a visit.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung am traumhaften Ammersee für 1 - 4 Personen! Unser Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage auf einem 2.000qm großem eingewachsenen Grundstück. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und gemütlich mit Blick ins Grüne. In ca. 9 Gehminuten ist der Bahnhof, ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäcker, Dampfersteg und unser Strandbad mit Seepavillon (Essen&Trinken) am Ammersee zu erreichen. Wander & Radwege starten direkt vor der Haustüre. 2 Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe im Ort.

Bright tasteful apartment in a quiet location in a residential area, renovated in 2024, offers enough space for a family or several couples. There is a possibility to equip one of the rooms with a desk. The pond chain, a swimming lake, several inns with beer gardens and the S-Bahn are a 10-minute walk away. Shopping is a 5-minute walk. District clinic is a 5-minute walk. Excursions to Munich, the Alpine foothills, Lake Chiemsee, Wasserburg, thermal baths in Erding and Bad Aibling.

There is also a great, large kitchen & living room with workstation for your own use, a private bathroom, sauna (for a fee) and a beautiful garden with seating. Free street parking is available. Public transport (U2, tram) is very close and takes you to the center in a few minutes (East Station: 5 minutes, Odeonsplatz: 10 minutes, Wiesn: 15 minutes, Messestadt Ost: 6 minutes)

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Modern & lovingly furnished garden house with two terraces and a brick barbecue, which can be used for barbecuing or as a fireplace. There is a 55-inch TV in the guest house, with Internet access and a free Netflix account. The swimming pond is available to both you and the residents of the adjacent agricultural estate.
