The 95 m² house offers space for 6 adults. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with a library and a TV as well as a shower with toilet. Outside there is a terrace with barbecue and a fenced garden. There is a storage room with washing machine and a shed for SUP boards and bicycles. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one with four beds and one with two single beds. WLAN, heating and parking are free of charge.

The apartment has a separate entrance from the main house. It is divided into its own kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances. Through the apartment, you have access to the large shared garden as well as to the private terrace. The terrace offers a comfortable seating area and a grill for cozy evenings.
