The house is located in the country-side, only 25 km south of Munich, close to Lake Starnberg (8to10km), the Octoberfest, the river "Isar" and only a 30 minutes drive to the beautiful mountains. A little "country side" park surrounds the house, which we share with chickens and ducks. (Your kids will love them). -It is the perfect family place (up to 6/ may be 8 people) - for going to Munich, the alpes and lakes. - also very cosy if you are looking for a very romantic place of two .

The place was as expected. We had the pleasure to stay there when it just snowed fresh and everything looked like in winter wonderland. A great quiet area. Corinna always responded to our inquiries quickly and the apartment was in impeccable condition. The location was perfect for us, as we visited Munich and the Zugspitze, as well as Füssen and everything was within an hour's drive.

It was a great stay in a great location to get to the slopes quickly. Nilgün was very friendly and always available when a question arose. The place was very clean, cozily furnished and even with underfloor heating.😍 Everything necessary is available + a few more small things. Clear recommendation, we will definitely come back.
