Evelyn’s place so beautiful and accommodating. Evelyn was very responsive and got to the issues we were having in the home right away, sent technicians and got it fixed. Overall we had a good time!

Laura's spot at the Viva Beach Life resort was exactly the peaceful getaway I needed! Stayed 4 days (3/22 to 3/26) and loved every minute—the simple pleasure of waking up to incredible ocean views, coffee cup in hand, NPR & you're literally steps from Mission Beach. Pictures don't do it justice; the place is even better in person & just as described. Laura was amazing—super responsive & made sure everything was perfect. Hands down, this is my new go-to spot for San Diego beach life. Highly recommend VBL if you're looking for a chill, quiet, peaceful vibe with an unbeatable location! Laura, you're the BEST! *Special Note* The garage parking may be tight for some larger cars, trucks, etc. I'm horrible at parking in tight spaces, but I found *free* overnight parking a block away heading west toward Mission Beach, aprx 50 spaces, & additional parking w/ limited parking hours (4am - 10pm). Also, be sure to bring a pad & pen if you would like to leave a note or jot something down. Enjoy!

Chris was an amazing host and I would definitely stay at this property again. It was a central location to the airport and an event we attended in Escondido. The surrounding neighborhoods had everything we needed; shopping, food, and beautiful views. All of the amenities at the property went above and beyond - including the gaming area in the family room and garage. One of the sinks were leaking during the visit and Chris was not only came by himself to check it out (at a time that accommodated us), but he incentivized our visit with a gift card for the inconvenience. A wonderful host and a wonderful property. I can’t wait to bring more friends and family and stay at this place again! Thank you so much Chris!

I've rented on the in mission Beach south multiple times. On the walkway facing the ocean. However, this place takes the cake no doubt. The place has all the amenities listed, Doug / Shawn care about this property and it shows. They have everything you can think of and more. A sewing kit was in the house. Who thinks about the unthinkable? These fine gentlemen do. Plus, this place comes with a garage (very rare) in South Mission Beach. Doug has won our business for life. The attention to detail, the friendly follow-ups, and always seeking ways to improve. Mission Beach is special but Doug and his family made it memorable. Thank you for all you've done! This listing is a hidden gem, steps from the beach, and more amenities than those listing beachfront. You deserve 100 stars

Dulei was such an amazing host! Was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect. She’s the kindest left our baby a little gift so she can use during the stay. Everything needed for yourself/ baby was there! Definitely would book again if I head back to San Diego.

Really cute mid-century modern home in a very convenient part of town for seeing sites across the area. Very close to SDSU, but also close to downtown and easy access to several freeways. The house itself is nicely decorated, in a fun mid-mo style. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. The house is well stocked with everything we needed, and stocked in a way that is well organized. The house backs up to a steep cliff and is on a cul-de-sac, so the back yard and the house itself is pretty quiet, despite being in a college-adjacent neighborhood. We had a nice relaxing stay. Recommended - Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful find!! 11 Adults & 4 Kids visited this house early Apr 2025. We were there to catch the MLS GAME SDFC vs SEATTLE. SnapDragon Stadium is 12 mins away with traffic. Costco and shopping center in down the street from that. Home is in a perfect location. 4 Clean Bedrooms with big Beds and extra Blankets. Plenty of Towels. Great Kitchen with a Great Refrigerator. We manage to fit 3 Cars in the Driveway and 1 SUV parked in front of the house. plenty of space for cars. Games for the kids n Family. Pool table downstairs is fun. Patio Views were amazing. Highly recommended to all that are thinking of Booking. if I could give 10 Stars, I Would.

This townhouse was clean, in a great location, the kitchen supplied cooking and baking pans. It was great to have a garage and backyard. Going in the backyard every morning and picking a fresh orange off the tree was delightful. The rooftop porch with lifeguard chairs was fun with a partial Ocean view and beautiful sunsets. There was no shampoo or conditioner or shower soap for the 2 bathrooms. However, once we let them know, they brought some over. Overall it was an excellent stay! I would recommend this Town house!

Third time staying and can honestly say that there is no Airbnb like this one. Beachfront beauty at an amazing price. There is physical no way to get a stay closer then this one on the beach !

This was the perfect place to stay, especially to visit Legoland. The host was always super responsive and helpful, and can even help you get discounted tickets. We definitely would recommend to others.

I was there primarily to escape the noise from construction at my home. The quality bed and pillows plus the quiet suited my needs perfectly. I tripped the circuit breaker late at night and I was promptly told where the breaker box was located.

La cabaña se encuentra en un rancho tranquilo y bonito. Tiene todas las amenidades para pasar un fin de semana tranquilo. En nuestro caso, fuimos a celebrar en familia un cumpleaños. La verdad es que es perfecto para fiestas tranquilas, hay mucho espacio para comer juntos, hay una piscina para convivir, una fogata que calienta muy bien, se pueden jugar muchos juegos de mesa con una gran vista o con un gran ambiente interior, se pueden jugar muchos caminar por ahí o andar en bicicleta (si llevan una) y cerca hay un lago pequeño con patos. El rancho en sí no tiene muchas amenidades, solo el restaurante y unos pequeños viñedos. Por eso pienso que es mejor para relajarse o para divertirse en familia. El anfitrión fue súper atento y nos facilitó todo el proceso de llegada y partida. El trato fue siempre muy respetuoso, contestó muy rápido a nuestras dudas, siempre estuvo pendiente. Recomiendo mucho este lugar, volvería a rentarlo.

Wonderful peaceful location with a great Mexican restaurant right around the corner! The outdoor spaces are especially nice and we really loved that it was pet friendly. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. It was our second visit and we will certainly look to book their place again in the future.

My stay was peaceful and relaxing. The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The attention to detail was evident throughout, making it feel like a home away from home. The hosts were responsive and kind, ensuring everything was perfect.

Check-in and stay were easy and we appreciated the designated parking space for our quick 2-night stay with our pup. This is out of the host’s control, but we did have some noises that kept us up a bit at night with the heating unit and potentially some critter walking around on roof. Those things are likely solvable with white noise machine.
