We had an amazing time at Neil’s place, super walkable and had everything for a beach day that you could think of! Check in and check out were very easy and everything was as described! Would definitely do another stay at this awesome house. Thank you Neil for making our stay incredibly easy and fun for our group!

This is the second time we stayed here.  That says it all !!!  We wouldn't have come back if we hadn't loved it.  Has all you could want -- fully equipped kitchen, private outdoor spaces, comfortable beds and furniture, off street parking, close to all OB has to offer.  Adam was quick to respond when we had a question.

My family really enjoyed staying here. The place is larger inside than you would expect - six adults fit very comfortably. Access to the beach is easy, and the large table on the first floor was perfect for playing games. The TV on the second floor was great for watching movies together. The primary bedroom and bathroom are nicely sized, and all the beds are comfortable. The nearby Pacific Beach location gave us access to excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would love to stay here again.

Location, location, location. Michael’s home is where you want to be. Less than a block to the bay and a short beautiful block to walk to the ocean. The beds were so comfortable after a long day at the beach. The showers were great and never ran out of hot water. As a family of six, we found the space spacious yet homey. It was our first time to San Diego and we hope to stay here again, hopefully for two weeks next time. Thank you, Michael!

If you’re looking for the perfectly located beach style home for an affordable price, this is it! The home is perfectly located within walking distance of everything OB has to offer. From the dog beach to all the local eats we were able to walk everywhere we went. The convenience of having a garage to park in and not having to deal with parking was also a very nice accommodation as well. It was the perfect home for my family’s stay in OB. We will be back!

BOOK THIS PLACE NOW!!! This was the best Airbnb that my husband & I have ever had. We go to OB annually but this year, we were celebrating our honeymoon. We found this gem & I cannot say enough amazing things about this beautiful home. Location is amazing! The home is beautiful & the backyard is a tropical paradise! She also let us check in early which was amazing. We will definitely be making this our new OB spot going forward ♥️ thank you so much Tatiana!!

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Stayed here while celebrating a good friend’s marriage. Very close to anywhere you want to go in San Diego and walking distance to a couple good spots and grocery stores. Would book again! Oh also they were kind enough to leave cookies for us!

Anthony’s apartment was just what I needed for my adult son and me. 2 twin beds in the living room worked well as another bedroom without the cost of a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is small but had all we needed to make bfast in the mornings. Helpful to have a parking spot in back and washer dryer in unit. I really enjoyed the location next to an urban park, pretty neighborhood for walks, and short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Anthony was super helpful when we arrived.

We loved our stay at Mari Katherine’s Airbnb for a girl’s weekend in SD! It is a beautiful home that was spacious and thoughtfully designed and decorated to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The home feels private, but was in a fantastic location in North Park that was easily walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Mari Katherine sent clear instructions leading up to our stay, so the logistics of check in were clear and easy! When some logistical challenges came up during our stay, Mari Katherine was very responsive (even late in the evening) and offered solutions - we would be thrilled to visit again!

Will and Janine see such gracious and mellow hosts. Their place and the surroundings are stunning and the lodging is a wonderful space for relaxation and restoration. The pool area and sunshine were just what we needed. The kitchen area is small but well-appointed. it being a pet friendly space was much appreciated. Don't get us started on the bathroom! While it's a shared wall with their part of the house, we never lacked for privacy. Lastly, the value for what you pay is top tier. Highly recommended and we hope to return next time we're in San Diego!

We had a great stay at Tigg’s place. It was easy to get around, very walkable to get food or go to the beach. The studio had everything we needed. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

The pool was great! I wish the kitchen had had a few more supplies/necessities -- but other than that, everything was lovely!

We had an amazing time during our recent stay! Having the sliding glass doors opened and sitting out on the patio with the amazing view was the best part of our stay! The place is compact but has everything you need, not a ton of bathroom privacy FYI, but we made it work. Communication was amazing and lightening quick. We also loved that bike & beach gear rental was included. High walkability to bars, shops, and restaurants! Just book it!

This place is awesome and as described. Super walkable to the water and numerous restaurants. It's still pretty quiet inside though. Instructions were clear so they were easy to follow. Carl was also quick to respond when I had a question. Overall had a great time and will definitely be coming back to this gem of a place! ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at Travis’s place in Pacific Beach! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and everything you’d want for a laid-back San Diego getaway. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had a relaxed, beachy vibe that made us feel right at home. Travis was a great host—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we’re in San Diego. Highly recommend!

This was hands down the best air Bnb we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve been all over the world. From check in to check out Stephanie answered texts within minutes. This place is walking distance to the bay, the ocean, and most importantly for our kids- Belmont Park. There were two parking spaces!! (The garage is made for a little car) two spaces is unheard of in this area!! We grilled in the beautiful front yard while the kids played with games Stephanie provided. We will be back someday!!

Budd and Matt were very responsive, provided great local recommendations and their place was perfect for our few day stay in San Diego! The neighborhood was gorgeous and very dog friendly. Highly recommend for a San Diego stay.

Location was perfect—just steps from the beach! We loved being able to walk to restaurants and spend the day people-watching and relaxing. Truly the ideal spot for a laid back beach escape. We’ll definitely be going back again.

I would recommend Cindy’s place for anyone looking to enjoy the Mission Beach / Pacific Beach area. Comfortably accommodated six of us. Cindy was very communicative and flexible.
