The hosts were very easy to communicate with and all instructions were simplified and clear. The home was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. The amenities were terrific! The beds were very comfortable as well as the linens. I would recommend this home and hosts to anyone!😊

This place worked well for us! However, if you are looking for beach access and/or ocean views - this is not the place. Since this place is located east of I-5, you are miles from the beach. And this place offers privacy, but absolutely no ocean views. It wasn't a deal-breaker for us but it may be for you.

The place was gorgeous & right across from the beach! You could open the sliding glass door and smell the sea air, hear the waves crashing, watch the surfers! I didn’t realize it’s only about an 8 minute walk directly north up the street to downtown Carlsbad Village. Very walkable! We walked to town for coffee, ate at restaurants, got spa treatments, and shopped! Carlsbad is a great little town! The back patio is lovely: we made s’mores over the tabletop fire and relaxed in the hot tub at night. The beds were soft & comfy. The bathrooms were nice & clean. Rain shower heads! Plenty of towels. Shampoo, conditioner & shower gel available. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed & had 2 fridges. I can’t say enough about how much we liked our stay.

This Airbnb was truly one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how impeccably clean and well-organized everything was. The space felt like a perfect blend of comfort and style, with each item carefully chosen to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Jacqueline, the host, was absolutely wonderful. She was so warm and thoughtful, always quick to respond to any questions and went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed. Her kindness really made the stay feel personal and special. The location of the property couldn’t have been better, offering easy access to everything I wanted to explore, yet still offering a peaceful retreat when I returned. I honestly can’t wait to come back. This place exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, thoughtfully curated stay with an amazing host.

Extremely responsive management. Proactively reached out to check us in early. Charming house right on the water, you can dip in the ocean during low tide (or high tide if you're adventurous!). Enjoyed every bit of our stay and would definitely go again. 10/10 would recommend

We stayed for two nights at this beautiful house with an amazing view. Located on a hill, we were able to relax on the balcony while enjoying the sunrise, sunset, and stunning evening skies. The indoor jacuzzi with its large windows was also excellent. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and communication with the host was quick and smooth. There’s also a peaceful and beautiful hiking trail behind the house. We would love to stay here again.

I booked this home for my stay during my daughters sorority mom’s weekend and it fit perfectly for our needs. I shared the home with one other mom and we were quite comfortable. We had a few other moms over for a happy hour and the front patio worked out perfectly for that. It was a very nice set up. We were in and out a lot attending events but each time we returned we were able to find parking spots right out front.
