It's located 12 minutes from downtown 15 minutes from the airport. 12 minutes from the U of Minnesota-5 miles from the stadium. Surrounded by a beautiful garden. Easy to park. One huge attic bedroom carpeted heated/cooled with a King bed. Two regular bedrooms with queen beds in each room. One queen sized futon sleeper in the lower level. One full hide-bed/couch in a porch like room heated. Two kitchens two bathrooms with a nice living room, and dining room.

The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest.
