Charming suite, great location
Hosts live on upper floors. Lower level, private suite (stair access) has been designed and decorated for you. It features a living room with gas fireplace, bedroom, and bathroom. Next to St.Olaf college, 1 mile to Carleton and downtown, steps from the Ole Store Cafe. Our house is surrounded by trees, perennial gardens, and adjoins the St. Olaf athletic fields. Unfortunately, this space is not suitable for young children. Also, the stairs may be difficult for someone with physical limitations.

Hidden Northfield Cottage
A private, peaceful space 2 blocks from St. Olaf College and less than 1 mile from downtown and Carleton College. Our location is convenient, cozy and unique being an old ginseng farm, the duplex has a rural feel and is tucked away from the street. Enjoy a patio space to grill at while soaking in the outdoors. We have a fully equipped kitchen, but the Ole Store, a Northfield favorite, is just down the block. Dogs are allowed when added on the reservation and pet fee has been paid for.

Carleton’s campus is a short walk and St. Olaf College a short drive away. You will climb a flight of stairs to this 2nd floor space to see great sunsets and views of the river. With so much going on downtown, you’ll still find this a cozy and quiet space to write, draw, create or just relax.

The 508 Loft is located in the heart of Historic Northfield. We offer a modern space that is still cozy. Our space has been newly remodeled. The Loft is in a historic brick building that has a great walk score to restaurants, entertainment, groceries and liquor store.
