Easy access to highways, grocery store, coffee shop/cafes, Target, and walking trail. Completely furnished with linens, Netflix and Hulu, Wi-fi, and coffee maker. The laundry is shared with the host; who resides in the upper level. Please, no large construction vehicles. Truly a home away from home!

It has 2 bedrooms, a sun room/eating area, large living room, bath just updated, large kitchen and a loft upstairs 1225 sq. ft.) . The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities for making your own meals. All rooms have lots of windows and light. This unit is in the Kutzky Park neighborhood. It is very quiet and safe and only 4 blocks to Mayo and downtown with restaurants and grocery stores.
