Prompt, patient and responsive. Excellent location near the Mayo Clinics. Not too far to the hospital. Well equipped space. Temperature okay but odd and noisy system.

It was a very cute, clean, and lovely house that met our needs perfectly. I especially loved that it had recliners. The accessible bathroom was wonderful. That was the most helpful to me. It was so close to Mayo and St Mary’s, which we so appreciated. The bed was big and very comfortable! It had everything we needed. It was close to shopping places, so we found some presents we still needed for Christmas. Jessica was very responsive to my emails. Great experience! Thank you!

This house was perfect for a girls weekend. We love wildlife and there was plenty of that! The house is spacious and clean. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. It was awesome watching the sun set in the hot tub. Tiffany was very responsive in a timely manner. When we checked in she had a little welcome card waiting for us. It was super sweet. Would definitely book with her again!

WOW-A FANTASTIC 3 wk stay to welcome our 1st G-baby. Jon had absolutely everything we needed. A well stocked kitchen to cook each meal-every pot, pan & seasoning. Delighted by the policy inviting guests to leave unused items & happy to replace what we used. We LOVED the large dining table-allowed our family to gather for dinner & games. Huge open living space, lots of towels, easy use blinds & comfy sofas upstairs & down. Perfect space for our 2 remote workers to spread out. Our pup loved the fenced yard & we were thrilled to find a Poop scooper & bag dispenser attached to the outside stairs-Jon thought of everything! It was HUGE to park in the attached garage 🥶-20. Great walks in the peaceful neighborhood where families take pride in their homes. A nearby walking trail is perfect for any season. Super close to groceries & shopping. Easy, short rides to Rochester Athletic Club (2 miles) & Mayo (10 min). We HIGHLY recommend Jon's place - you will not be disappointed! We'll be back! ❤️

Our second time to stay at the cottage. Although a short trip this time we enjoy coming back to the quiet and peaceful surroundings after a day of medical appointments. They thought of everything we might need during our stay which takes away the stress of what you need to pack. They are wonderful hosts and quick to respond to anything we need. Look forward to future visits.

We brought a few families up for Spring Break to see the Harlem Globetrotters in Rochester, MN. This home was just past Rochester and about 12-15 minutes to downtown. The backyard is breathtaking. The water and bluffs off the back of the property are gorgeous and peaceful. Jeremiah and Jessica were great at communicating and ensured that we were well taken care of. Their check in and out instructions were perfectly clear. I highly recommend using one of their properties if you’re in the area! A convenient Dollar General market is only about 4-5 minutes away for any last minute purchases or for the necessary groceries you might want during your stay.
