Really loved this Airbnb stay! Truly enjoyed the location, it was very peaceful. The host, Jolene and her husband were extremely welcoming and super nice. I look forward to coming back and enjoying a longer stay at this beautiful cabin.

Amazing house and tranquil location with easy access to all the area has to offer. The architectural beauty and attention to detail is incredible as well. We loved hot tub, outdoor gazebo and fire pit as well. Perfect for a getaway for all ages. We hope we can come back again soon!

My husband, two dogs and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin! The point of my vacation was going somewhere we could take our dogs and this was the perfect spot to relax with them for a few days. Everything was clean and there was a perfect amount of space for us to relax. It was very quiet in the neighborhood and most of the time it felt like we were the only ones around. It was great to be able to walk to a very nice restaurant and bar a minute or two down from the cabin since we wanted to stay close. The only thing that bummed me out was we went at the end of May and the dock wasn’t put out - and I was hoping to spend time sitting out on the water. That could have been me not realizing the typical “season” but had assumed it’d be out so I recommend checking if that’s important to you :)

Perfect getaway to celebrate our 20th anniversary and do some local fly fishing. Definitely recommend.

We chose Steve’s place for a peaceful lakeside weekend and it very much lived up to our expectations! The cottage and grounds are very well-kept, clean, and cute. Steve and his pup are friendly hosts, and the place is completely set for everything you need to chill…choice of two patios with lake views, grill, a stocked fire pit, birds singing, and more. The neighborhood is on a very quiet road but with great restaurants in walking distance - we enjoyed both the beachy vibes at Sunset and more elevated dining three doors down at North Shore Chophouse. Great location for enjoying the outoors near Fort Atkinson; well worth the nightly rate and we would definitely return.

This was my second time back. This time I brought my hubby and two dogs. We all had the best time! From bird watching to canoeing (a first for our pups), evening walks and enjoying the fire pit we all had a blast! Its a short drive into Brodhead for groceries at the Piggly Wiggly. Had great pizza and salad at Rock & Rollz followed by amazing ice cream complete with doggy cups at Tastee Creme. Took a drive out to Decatur Dairy for yummy grilled cheese sandwiches and fresh cheese curds. We are already looking at dates for our next trip! Best of all my Mom is in a facility less than 30 minutes away so we saw her every day of our visit. Thank you for sharing your cabin on the lake in the woods. If you love peaceful nature, don't hesitate, book now!

This home was very peaceful and serene. It provided us a much needed reset from our busy lives back home. We loved that it was close to all the things we wanted to do and was very private. The peacock is an interesting addition. He is beautiful and definitely makes his presence known with his various calls at all hours of the day!

Jenny and Ben were great hosts, responsive, and friendly. Their cabin was clean and exactly what we needed. Close to the lake, peaceful, and great area. The Boathouse restaurant nearby was delicious and affordable. The bait shop was very helpful and friendly. Great fishing off the private doc. Thanks again for hosting us!

One of the things I really appreciated was how proactive Mark was in his communications. He reached out before, during and at the end of our stay. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, the well-stocked kitchen and grilling out on the patio. We also appreciated having a queen in each bedroom. Mark gave us some good recommendations for nearby restaurants. The house was conveniently located and the neighborhood felt very safe. Would definitely recommend!

Jordyn’s place is fantastic and she is an excellent host. The house has everything you need and is well organized. Jordyn is very proactive, communicative, and considerate. Highly recommend this stay!

Wonderful stay in a quiet, relaxing space. From s’mores to pool to the great hiking spots nearby, we would happily visit again.

Was a great vacation for our city dogs. One of our dogs is reactive and was super nice for her to have a wide open space to run. Dan is awesome and the kind of guy you’d like to go fishing with. 5 out of 5 stars

We’ve been here before and will be back! We ate in the area, had s’mores by the fire pit, good bars nearby, walking areas and shopping! The neighbors are friendly and the view speaks for itself. Lots of wildlife in the area as well!

Really beautiful home and fantastic space. We needed a large place for our family for a wedding in Madison/Oregon and this was perfect! Could not have been better. Joane was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean and simple units, exactly as advertised. There is a nice shared outdoor area too. Can’t beat the location, close enough to all the shops and restaurants downtown, yet far enough away where it’s quiet.

This is a truly charming renovated building on Cambridge’s Main Street. The room was well furnished, spacious, and clean, and the bathroom was modern and very tastefully done. Communication with Tony was terrific. Because of the historic nature of the building (and its previous use), my room didn’t have a window. Some rooms do, so if that’s important to you, you can inquire & make sure you get a room with a window.

This room was a breath of fresh air! It is decorated so nicely and the soaker tub was a wonderful experience after a long day. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The room was clean and comfortable. Thanks for the great stay!

If you’re ever in the town of Evansville, this place is definitely the one you wanna stay at? It’s super clean. It’s decorated beautifully and very comfortable.

Great room. Just like a hotel. Parking was not always easy to find, but manageable. The city has way too many parking rules so just read the signs carefully (not the host’s fault, just fyi). Room was clean, communication was very quick and helpful. Good location. Would stay again.
