Everything was great! Very clean, great location, and great host. We just wish our coffee maker would have worked!

We enjoyed our stay here. Cute old house with nice character. They have updated some areas. Nice kitchen. Fun sunroom in the front of the house. Nice light fixtures. There was a train close by that blew their horn through the night. The master bath has a smoked glass window that is very transparent (you could see through it) & many of the windows in the house don’t have curtains. There is a huge hill that is connected to the property. It was very odd as it had lots of dead trees. The driveway is built into the hill. They were building a small retaining wall that was in progress (they told me about this project prior to our trip). The new retaining wall didn’t look high enough to do any good. Part of the driveway was dirt/gravel not paved. I felt like it was a bit overpriced.

We were in Lake City for the Tour De Pepin. This Air B&B was about a block or two away from the starting line. It was so convenient being that close to everything! We were also able to walk to restaurants and enjoyed the shores of Lake Pepin. The Air B&B had everything we needed and check in instructions were clear. The host responds promptly. Lots of stairs up to the apartment and no on site overnight parking. The overnight parking, however, was easy and just about a block away. We had no problems parking and the host provided very clear instructions where to park. We recommend this Air B&B. It has everything you will need and is very nicely decorated.

Great spot. We rode our bicycles from Minneapolis and the views and farms surrounding the schoolhouse are just gorgeous. We loved canoeing on nugget lake and checking out the little local bars. The place is beautiful and comfortable and I very much enjoyed the bath. Plum city is such a cute town. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the front steps. The beds were comfy! A dreamy place :)

Joan was an amazing host! Hadn’t a hand written note when we checked in letting us know a few things and even had a britta pitcher of filtered water! The space was cozy and the outdoor space was beautiful! Even though it’s technically connector to the main house we never heard them once during our weekend stay! We will definitely be back for another weekend stay to hopefully enjoy the area more! Thanks so much!

It was like speaking the weekend at grandma’s house. My mom loved the bedroom and all the antique furniture.

My husband and I had such a peaceful weekend at the tiny house! It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We even got plenty of bottled water and yummy German chocolates. :) It was a lot of fun to hike in the area and to relax at the house, just looking out at the beautiful fields. We also encountered some pretty chubby raccoons and deer while roasting marshmallows! If you listen closely, you can hear cows from nearby farms mooing in the evenings. Overall, it was a magical stay away from the big city. Thank you so much for having us, we loved it very much!!

This was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The views of the St Croix river were stunning. Abby was very responsive to all of our questions and gave great recommendations for local businesses. We would highly recommend a stay at the tree house.

This is a lovely 1830's cabin with comfortable furnishings and nice decor. It had everything we needed.

Thank you Jill and Gary for trusting us in your home. Everything was as advertised. No surprises. Their home was clean and comfortable. A nice value and pet friendly was important to us because we were in the area for a dog sports event. The beach theme was fun and we walked to the beach from their home on a beautiful day. We will recommend Jill and Gary's home to friends!

Stayed here for our daughter's college graduation weekend. It was great for what we needed for the weekend and close to the campus. The neighbors of our location were super friendly. We would stay here again!

Our stay was everything we were looking for plus some additional amenities! It's hard to find a place that can accommodate our dogs and feels safe for our 2 year old but this cabin was fun and relaxing for everyone. We will definitely be coming back

The five of us stayed only one night (including one dog) and we thoroughly enjoyed the space. Roxie (the dog) appreciated the instructions aimed specifically at her. We loved the view of the river out the picture window and from the high deck. The spacious open-plan kitchen-living-dining room is sunny, spotless, uncluttered, interestingly decorated, and homey. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable, the bedrooms nicely laid out. I'd love to have a longer stay at Anne's house.

It was a great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood. Great host, grocery store 5 mins away.

Luke went above and beyond! The house was absolutely gorgeous with every need accounted for. It was the perfect place to unwind and decompress. When we reached out with a question, Luke went above and beyond to find a solution within minutes. Will definitely hope to stay again next time we are in town.

We had a wonderful time at Lorne's place for an extremely relaxing weekend trip. The property is very beautiful and provides some beautiful views and wildlife to look at. We came home refreshed and happy we spent time here.

David and Suzette’s place was wonderful all the way around. We were there for a ladies golf trip, so having the house right on the golf course was so convenient. Very relaxing having cocktails in the sun room and out on the deck facing the golf course. It was fun to look for the gray squirrel with the white tail every day. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. The towels in the bathrooms were high quality and very luxurious as was the bedding. Bottom line - we would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We had a great time—Kendra’s guest suite is very comfortable and was perfect for our stay. We’d love to come back for a weekend and explore the area again. Highly recommended!

We had a great time checking out all of the little towns along the way, great architecture all around, and watching the shipping barges on the lake. If you are not used to noise, then this might not be the place for you since there is a train track alongside the property- it did not bother us at all since we are used to city noise. They did provide a little container of ear plugs for the noise but we didn't need them.

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here! The location is absolutely stunning! The views of the water were perfect! The home is spacious, updated, and comfortable! So much light! The floor to ceiling windows make you never want to leave. Good local, very family oriented restaurants and shops in the area, most of which were walking distance or a very short drive. I felt safe, comfortable, and at peace here. I travel often and use hotels, airbnb, and other lodging options and this is sitting near the top of my list of locations to stay! 100% recommend booking at the flats!

Loved it here! Saw bunnies and chickens right outside the door while drinking my coffee. Easy walk to the beautiful beach and cute cafes. So quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be returning!

Paula was an incredible hostess and her glamping shed was just the right balance of rustic and cozy. The night I arrived, I met her sweet family during their hayride and campfire, which they so graciously invited me to. The next day I got to have a quiet morning sleeping in and enjoying a book on the bench swing. So peaceful! Due to the time of year, the flowers were all done, but that just means I’ll have to come back in the right season next time! This was definitely like camping, as the shed was not temperature controlled and you have to walk to the outhouse. But for a nature-lover like me it made for a perfect spot. Thank you, Paula! 🤍

This was our 2nd visit to Liz’s & we enjoyed our stay again. It feels so comfortable & cozy especially with the heated floors. Liz is an extremely nice & gracious host. We will definitely be returning in a few months. Thank you Liz for our wonderful conversations and I’m happy I was able to share our culture with you.

I wanted a nice, quiet place to go with my dogs for a workcation. Danni's place was perfect for that! Pet-friendly, comfortable, and easy to access areas and activities. Though located next door to the owners, it felt private and secluded. Oh, and I loved the bed--slept so good! :) Thank you.
