Fully-furnished 1-bedroom apartment. ONE parking space is available in the garage and plentiful street parking (the garage cannot accommodate large/oversize vehicles). IMPORTANT NOTE: There is no street parking between Nov. 1 and April 1. This is a well-kept older home with not too many quirks. The apartment is on the top level of the house. In the event you may have allergies or other concerns, be aware that the owner lives on the first level of the home with a dog.

Its nestled in the woods where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest but is still in close proximity to hiking, biking, cross country ski trails, and Marquette Mountain for downhill skiing and all Marquette has to offer. It is approximately 3 miles from the snowmobile trail and can be accessed using Green Garden Road. A very easy ride to the trail.
