Stay in the heart of Marquette in this lovely updated late 1800's farmhouse loaded with charm and character! The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is close to Marquette's restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops! Local favorites, including the Sweet Water Cafe, Black Rocks Brewery, Down Wind Sports, Contrast Coffee, and 3rd St Bagel steps away. Pristine beaches of Lake Superior and biking and hiking trails are a short walk or bike ride away. Cobblestone patio in backyard with dining table and BBQ grill.

Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.

Yellow Dog Yurt - Peace and Quiet near Marquette

Located 25 minutes north of Marquette, our yurt is simple and rustic without electricity and a woodstove is the only heat source. We provide bedding, water in buckets, a simple kitchen, a battery pack for string lights, and a sauna for warming the bones. We encourage and cater to silent-sport type of guests as we have kind and close neighbors on all sides. No shooting, loud off road vehicles, etc. are permitted. - Wood heat only - Outhouse toilet - Limited parking

The home was built in 1890 during the height of the Eastlake Victorian era and has been certified as a Michigan Historical Society home.
