This is a modern, spacious, private home with 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bathroom upstairs & a 1/2 bath on main floor. Upstairs bathroom has a large tub perfect for relaxation as well as a walk-in shower. This well-equipped home is in a fantastic neighborhood with parks & grocery shopping nearby & only a few minute drive from the airport. Home also has a large fenced in backyard (perfect for dogs) with a deck & patio furniture. There is a basement, but it is a concrete unfinished basement.
