Adorable house in lower north

Very cute 3 BR, 2 BA house in lower north. The property is on a 0.25 acre lot with lots of mature trees and a beautiful lawn. The house has stairs to enter the home and to access the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom. There is a bonus room in the finished basement that has couches and TV. Owners have no children so there are no toys or cribs, etc. Animals are allowed but must be cleaned up after. Same with kids. 😉

Cozy 2-bedroom home with an indoor fireplace.

Nice 2 bedroom/1 bathroom duplex locally close to MSU and downtown Mankato with lots of restaurants and parks close by. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has full sized bunk beds. Dining room table for 4 and a bar that sits 2. Patio to the side of the duplex with chairs located in the garage to relaxing in the evenings.
