Enjoy newly constructed, stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to dining, shopping, recreation and Bde Maka Ska (lake). Access to professionally landscaped yard with an adirondack seating area, fire pit or stream your favorite movie on the movie screen. Walk, jog or bike the paths around the lakes. Some of my favorite establishments - all walking distance - Black Walnut Bakery, Sooki & Mimi, Basement Bar, Uptown Cafe, Granada Theater, Barbette, Amazing Thailand & Tenka Ramen.

The apartment is part of an 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. Local art on walls. We live upstairs and we will be handy if you need anything or have questions.
