Enjoy newly constructed, stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to dining, shopping, recreation and Bde Maka Ska (lake). Access to professionally landscaped yard with an adirondack seating area, fire pit or stream your favorite movie on the movie screen. Walk, jog or bike the paths around the lakes. Some of my favorite establishments - all walking distance - Black Walnut Bakery, Sooki & Mimi, Basement Bar, Uptown Cafe, Granada Theater, Barbette, Amazing Thailand & Tenka Ramen.

The Lucky Homestead...owner-occupied, charming garden cottage in South Minneapolis, built in 1907, blocks from the Mississippi River. Peaceful, quiet, neighborhood with friendly neighbors. 10 minute drive to U of M, St. Thomas, St. Kate's. My daughter and I live on the main level. This listing is for the garden-level, basement apartment. There is an egress window in the living room and small glass block windows in the kitchen and bedroom.
