The casita is the upper level of a duplex. Private front entrance of home. Plenty of street parking available. Keyless entry, ensure an easy check in process. Bedroom has blackout curtains. Bed is a comfy queen size. Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, spices, coffee and tea selections.

Renovated in 2021, this spacious second-floor studio apartment is located in a Victorian mansion a block from the Minneapolis Art Institute of Arts , 6 blocks to the Convention Center, close to "Eat Street" restaurants, uptown, downtown and chain of urban lakes. It’s located just steps from Minnehaha Creek, a short walking distance to Lake Harriet, the Grand Rounds Trail System, and several local restaurants. 1.5 miles from 50th and France. Hypoallergenic dogs welcome.

Sibley Loft - adorable one bed one bath with patio

The Sibley Loft is a charming one bed one bath apartment on the second floor of our family home. The structure was built in 1921 and retains some of the original features. The space includes a living room, bathroom with a clawfoot tub, a small office area, kitchen and a patio. Guests have their own private entrance and street parking. We are located in the Standish neighborhood which is close to many restaurants, shopping and more. The airport is a 20 minute drive and MN center is 15 minutes.

And a 10-15 minutes drive to Mall of America, airport, the Armory, U.S. Bank Stadium, or downtown Minneapolis. Full living room, bedroom, bathroom, a mini kitchenette located in the laundry room, with free laundry. Guests have private entrance to the space and private parking.
