We "ZurMelberi" live in the recreational area "Franconian Lake District." If you like it quiet and yet want to reach the lake landscape quickly, you have come to the right place. Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

The stylish loft in the basement of the rear building is perfect for solo travelers and couples. It is modernly furnished and very close to the city center. The apartment, renovated in 2023, with over 110 square meters, has a new built-in kitchen, washing machine and dryer, bed with adjustable slatted base, rowing machine and much more. On request, you can also rent e-bikes. The location at Färbertor offers you the possibility to get to the city center, the opera house or the main train station in a few steps.

Access is via the shared stairwell. TV, audio, Wi-Fi and wired Internet are available. There is also a selection of board games for all ages, books and DVDs. Simply ask for any other ideas/requests.

Our quiet and stylish loft is perfect for relaxing as well as working. It is located in an annex with an unobstructed view of the spacious garden to the south. The spacious terrace is covered and equipped with a dining table and a lounge corner. The WHG is not rented for parties or the like. The loft is the ideal starting point for excursions or business trips in northern Bavaria. It offers the best comfort with fast Internet and a pellet stove.
