Quintessential French Country We could not recommend a place more! We absolutely loved our stay at Celine's listing, which was perfect after a few very busy days in Paris sightseeing. We enjoyed the slower pace, the beautiful pool, the private BQ seating area, and the indoor space was perfectly decorated and suited our needs well. We're in France 12 days, and this was by far, the best leg of our journey. Be sure to take Celine's restaurant recommendation - it was the icing on the cake. And Celine was the best hostess we have ever met! Charming, in every way.

We came with my daughter to this region which we know very well. This is the first time in 15 years of Airbnb rentals that we have found such a functional accommodation. To go into detail, there is even a jewelry holder in the bathroom, clothes racks. Petra and her husband's love of nature is also a delight, the garden is superb. There's even a compost bin... We will return to this accommodation with great pleasure because everything is designed for the well-being of travelers and to make the stay the best possible. this is the second time we have enjoyed this accommodation with our two children and our dog. and it was always a pleasure to enjoy the spacious and enclosed garden, the functional house, but above all the ideal location of this house. A stone's throw from the village square and its daily market ( the U express too), a few streets from the caves and the view of the estuary, and 10/12 minutes walk from the beach of the nuns, you can only feel like a vacation in this charming house. it's just missing a washing machine for it to be perfect . Which doesn't stop us from booking it for next summer with great pleasure.

Very pleasant stay at Lucie's. Royan and its various neighborhoods are very easily accessible on foot. Chay Beach is within a five-minute walk. Lucie offers tea, coffee and kitchen necessities, the studio is very well arranged and stays cool in the heatwave. The secure parking space for the car is very nice. Chez Lucie, a great place to stay in Royan!

Very welcoming host, Jessica was able to listen and answer our questions, she advised us on places to visit and was great!! The accommodation was very clean when we arrived, small but warm so it didn't bother the size, for 2 people it was very good. She remained available for if we had any issues, and told us not to hesitate. Very nice as a person, smiling and solar, a pleasure to have met our hostess. Thanks for everything Jessica!! 😁

Apartment in a very good location. The layout and decor are great. Everything is done to make you feel good. It was very clean and very well-equipped. Beautiful view of the estuary with a balcony for aperitifs and outdoor dining. Excellent place and if we have to rent again in Royan we will go back.
