In the old port district, ideal for visiting the old town on foot and enjoying the terraces overlooking the towers of La Rochelle! If arriving by train, the train station is a 15mn walk, 5mn by taxi or bus. The apartment is in an old building, on the 3rd floor, unobstructed view of the big clock, all the comforts in a nice clear and pleasant studio. Towards the inner courtyard, it is usually quiet. Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160. A large bedroom with cupboards and shower room. A few minutes walk from downtown and on the direct axis to the island of Re. Settle down, you are at home!

Cocoon close to the central market

Small cocoon of 25m2 nestled on the 3rd and last floor of an old building. The apartment has been completely redone and thought with taste by an interior decorator. You will also find first necessity products like soap, olive oil or coffee pods... sit back and enjoy! On foot or by bike! If you are by car, you can park your car at Place de Verdun (paying) and on the Chemin des Remparts (free). The district lives in tune with its halls.
