Happy with my family stay with my little cat at Mélanie and Benoit's,a bright ,clean ,functional quiet accommodation,and relaxing with everything nearby I didn't know Royan but we were able to do everything on foot and have a good time looking forward to coming back! I would highly recommend it! Thank you for your responsiveness and kindness for our arrival and departure 🥰

We had a wonderful stay. The house is charming, comfortable and about 2 mins walk to the beach. Lots of space including outdoor space with seating and dining tables at the front and back for sun in the morning and afternoon. Well equipped kitchen for simple cooking. Easy walking distance into Soulac centre. Would recommend. NB, as mentioned in the listing there's no wifi. We had good 5G signal, so didn't need it.

We had already stayed at Stéphane's place and enjoyed this charming quiet village house. The house is spacious and well equipped, a real pleasure to come back. Vanessa who hosted us is very responsive and responded to our requests very quickly. She is attentive and professional. Stéphane is also very available for answering our questions . Frédérique and Frantz's place is superb! Very quiet with a beautiful exterior and especially the Jacuzzi. Very nicely decorated and perfectly equipped: nothing missing:) Very good welcome from our hosts who really take the time to give us good tips for discovering the island. Communication was seamless and proactive. Frédérique and Frantz took all the necessary time when we arrived to make us feel at home. The whole family enjoyed the little welcome gift and these great moments spent in "La Source". We discovered the island of Oléron that we didn't know. Very nice discovery: everything is easy by bike, beautiful beaches, nice walks. We already want to come back again. You can go there without a second thought.
