We stayed at Frédéric's for 3 nights. Very nice apartment, tastefully decorated and very clean. The terrace is really the best part of this apartment. It is also very well located and the waterfront is within walking distance.

Adrien's apartment matches the photos and description in every way. Bright all morning until early afternoon in April. Quiet and well-equipped . 5 min walk to thermal center and shopping street. Very nice stay .

Allen is an excellent host who gave us a lot of information and tips. He's also super likeable ;-) The location with the few meters to the stunning beach of Soulac is amazing. You should also not miss the market hall in Soulac, which is only a 10-minute walk away. We can recommend Soulac sur Mer, the accommodation and Allen 100%.

My husband and I loved the apartment and Pierrick and Eve were very welcoming and helpful. Little personal touches like fresh flowers completed the feeling of being at home. Beautiful surroundings, excellent location and perfect amenities. A gem. Would highly recommend it and would come back.

Very nice house even in winter! Lots of things available in the kitchen in particular but also boxes of tissues etc ... The decor, the atmosphere of the house and garden allow a zero stress stay

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Very nice house, very convenient with its 4 bedrooms, and the kitchen/living room area all in length and without walls between them, bringing a real feeling of a large friendly and very bright house. The garden is superb and we were able to eat outside every day, with the barbecue. Independent check-in and check-out with lockbox with code to enter. Throughout the stay, Fanny was very responsive, answering our questions accurately. We would recommend it in a second.

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

Danielle and Dominique are very welcoming and above all they were present at our arrival and departure, it's rare these days. The only thing I think it would be good to clarify in the listing description is that there is no real shower room. There is a separate shower and toilet with a small sink. Lovely hosts in a lovely part of the world. If you are looking for peace and quiet - WOW. The experience of the vineyards is only interrupted by frogs and the occasional windy day.

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

Parking space. Sea view and sea 100 m away. Valerie's kindness and her little attention. 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful beach of Pontaillac, its restaurants and shops. Conclusion: it was perfect, you can go there without so much as a second thought.
