Accommodation in all respects compliant and close to everything, ideal when like me you're a little nervous about taking the road in an unknown area. We did everything on foot (20 min to the farthest point) We'll be happy to go back.

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

Clean accommodation, consistent with the photos and very well-equipped. Parking is very easy and you will be close to the city center and all amenities. I would definitely recommend it!

We stayed from April 12-15. We were received by JP, our host, in a very cordial, friendly and caring way. As soon as we arrived, we felt very good. Listing is as described and is in a quiet area. You can park your car in the property right next to the property which is very convenient and safer with an electric gate. You enjoy a private terrace with awning to protect yourself from the sun, a garden furniture, a ping pong table, a barbecue, in short, only happiness. The bedding is very good, the kitchen area with all the amenities you need, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and all the necessities: bath towels, bed sheets, etc. One thing is for sure, the next time we come to Royan, we will only remember one address, it's from JP and his children, Villa Océane. Last-minute weekend to soak up the November sun! Off season so for the Euronat center, no on-site trade but no extra fees, and the beach just for us! The site is really well wooded and each house scattered in the pine forest so we avoid the impression "seaside resort with closed shutters". The space itself is in a house divided into 4 studios, with assigned parking, functional and consistent with the photos. The owners are friendly, responsive and accommodating.

Our hosts are very friendly, the place was spotless! Clean, tidy and big enough for us and our two daughters. The proximity to the city center and all the restaurants and shops is clearly a plus for a vacation or a quiet stopover. The neighborhood is quiet. Our stay in Saintes took place in good conditions.
