Parking space. Sea view and sea 100 m away. Valerie's kindness and her little attention. 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful beach of Pontaillac, its restaurants and shops. Conclusion: it was perfect, you can go there without so much as a second thought.

Very good stay at Valérie and Jean-Paul's who welcome us in a bright and very pleasant apartment to stay in. Nothing is missing. We immediately felt very good there. Very well located for going to the beach as well as downtown Royan. Easy street parking on the next street. A little in love with the terrace: small cocoon of greenery where it's nice to have breakfast and also an aperitif. A huge plus when you rent an apartment for the summer and you can also enjoy the outdoors! The shared laundry drying space is also very convenient. We highly recommend this listing. Valérie and Jean-Paul took good care of us and are committed to making our stay pleasant. A big thank you to them!
