After crossing a pretty little courtyard, we arrive at the front door which leads directly into the ground floor bedroom. It is also in this room that the only toilet in the cottage is located (which can be annoying when traveling with two couples...). The stay is very pleasant and very bright. The mezzanine is nice. The 140 cm bedding is of quality. The cottage is very well equipped and the responsive hosts are also charming.

We spent a week with family in April. The house is perfectly suited for children, step-free, equipment and games for the little ones, large enclosed garden. What to store bikes. A bedroom space distinct from the living rooms. A clear and functional house. Sarah is welcoming and very responsive to questions. We enjoyed the terrace; the barbecue and bread oven! An opportunity to make homemade pizzas. Close to the market and shops we were able to do everything on foot or by bike. We all enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Sarah.

Check-in via lockbox is easy. The house is situated in a backyard and is accessible by a quite narrow passage. We were in a BMW X3 and you have to maneuver a little to the driveway into the open garage, but it is doable. Since all the shopping, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes, the car stopped all week. The house is relatively new and well built and equipped. The lower floor with living room and open kitchen has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and also a toilet and is equipped with floor heating. On the upper floor there is another double bedroom, one bedroom for up to 4 children with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom and a toilet. Here are electric radiators. There is a terrace with large table and chairs and also a gas grill. The house fully corresponds to the description. Valery visited us and personally welcomed us. All in all, great.

Second stay in this apartment. Always so good. The apartment is quiet, very clean with everything you need to spend pleasant days. Always well looked after by our host. And the latter is always super responsive to our messages. We'll be back for sure.

Dominique's welcome went very well and with a much appreciated flexibility of schedule. Clean apartment matching the description, a large balcony ... a real plus to enjoy the late afternoon. Quiet residence with swimming pool, great for children, easy walking access to the city center with all its shops and restaurants... and the port growing slightly. Great things to do around! The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.
